@@sillerbarly4927 The only downside is the lack of gold unless he wanted to rip out every electronics he can find for gold. Otherwise he has an unlimited amount of construction material.
I feel like if people got trapped in an infinite Walmart, it would be a different story all together lmao. People mad max style modifying their electric riding carts, stocking ammo and guns from the sporting section lol shit like that.
can't forget the emperor of the Toy isle, they dont have much to trade but when your in a endless superstore with no exit, some form of entertainment comes at a high cost.
An idea that my friends would get into discussions about who could survive in SCP-3008 the longest, like if a group of Astarte’s or the Adeptus Mechanicus found themselves in SCP3008 by accident looking for something. Frankly I would be terrified to be in this place, would love to try the Swedish meatballs though
they would probably wreck the staff until there's just so much of them that even warhammer 40k space marines wont be capable of holding them off, like if i remember - the more of staff remains is out there - the more of them will come next night, so basically Astartes power will be the thing that will bring them down eventually, if they gonna try and stay in one place of course.
I think Adeptus would bc if they can make proper traps and a city and find out a way they can get rid of staff bodies which they probably could cus they smort fr then they should be set for life.
if you think about it, that ikea could be used as an "interdimensional hall" where people from different dimensions can communicate and bring back the message if they get lucky enough to get out
makes you wonder what would happen if you were to just start screeching at one of the 3008-2s that you wanna see the manager and are going to file a complaint if they don't guide you to the exit
And maybe Josie the Half-Cat, too, I guess, because she was kind of referenced but as like an easter egg. I don't remember if there were other SCPs referenced in that article.
while nightmarish their are worse places to be trapped. you not alone in their which can be both a positive and negative depending on the circumstances. the staff only both you at night. you can channel your inner imperial fist and make a fortress the all the raw materiel. after you have done as our ancestor did and figured out how to fight/avoid the staff and become somewhat self seficiant with the resources you have the real threat becomes other tribes.
My life goal is now to make a fake ikea with a "door" built out of lcd screens. So once you walk in it just looks like more store behind you. Would just confuse most people but I'm pretty sure any scp fan would start having a "fun" time immediately.
Safe is relatively easy to contain and keep contained. Euclid is somewhat easy to contain but is noy fully understood Keter is nearly impossible to or comepletely impossible to contain and pose a great danger if a breach occurs. Thaumiel is when certain scp's are used to help contain others.
To add: Apollyon: Anomalies that can't be contained or are expected to breach containment immediately. Usually used for possible world ending threats or k-class scenarios. Archon: SCPs that can be contained but are considered best uncontained. Mostly these SCPs are part of the consensus reality and and containment can have adverse effects on humanity or reallity.
That comment about Preston, holy crap I want a FO4 mod that dumps you in 3008. It's almost the perfect game to do it with. Not sure how the whole 'infinite' aspect could be handled though.
I'd really say that the Exploring Series is by far the best start. Simply because he explains SCP's (which would certainly help a newcomer) while not dumbing them down too much (unlike certain "other" channels).
@@avsbes98 that's another very good option. And after a bit I'd say Dr bob is a very good one to show him. Both due to the high quality of the videos but also the stories he writes before going to into the actual scp
I was thinking could a Space Marine survive in the Infinite IKEA I think the Space Marine would do extremely well I don’t think the Staff could do much against the Space Marine Bolter rounds and Chainsword would absolutely wreak the Staff but the Space Marine would eventually die he wouldn’t be killed but starved to death
He first needs to check out the SCPs referenced in that series. He's literally still new to SCP. You can't just recommend something like that just yet.
