for the cornea, I believe he used "Reflect 2" on the materials tab and then decreased the opacity of the material by 50% and rendered it.

Thank you! I also increased Intensity A for Cornea's Material to 1.9 for making iris' diffuse looks more sharply

Thanks a lot. The best eye Tutorial that I have found in youtube. It helped me a lot. Only one little criticism, I do not like background music in tutorials. After I removed the geometry in the center of the eye and drew a damstandart with a brush, the geometry from the edge of this removed geometry is strongly drawn to the brush

You find a nice video tutorial, spend several hours sculpting and then realise that author skipped part with how he made material of sclera and it indeed impossible to get the result in the end of video with this. Yeah i get that tutorial is free, but it is misleading. You won't get needed result in the end.
