Mere ko 1 saal ho gya gym shuru kiye hue....mene itne time me bahut saare bando ko dekha aur bahut saari research padhi.....lekin bhai shuru me agar tu na hota to me gym chod deta....teri video itni simple aur useful thi ki me apna diet plan khud se banaya aur 22 kg weight loss kiya aur training ka to pucho mat.....thank you so much meri jaan❤❤❤.....ese hi banate rhi video ❤

Doing too much volume will make you fatigue in longer run and you wont be able to workout at same intensity everyweek The idea of taking every set to failure is very wrong as natural lifter bro split will work the best for you

I don’t agree on the volume part. More is better is a myth. A person needs to put load on muscle for more growth. Matlab is hisab se jo 3 ya 4 ghante workout Kare woh better hai kya? No. Progressively we need to increase intensity and not volume. Follow Mike mentzer and not Arnold.

Bhaiya sach bta Raha hu me 15 saal ka hu pichle 7 month se gym ja raha hu aapka nutrition knowledge bohot kaam aata hai par training me apne hisab se karta hu like am doing chest I just do incline dumbell press seated cable fly and bench press sabhi exercise ke 1 set karta hu heaviest weight se jisse minimum 6 reps mar saku maximum 13 bohot accha result aa raha hai Thanks for reading such a long story of mine u can try this method too

Thank you sir. I am doing 20 sets of back muscles and 16 sets of biceps in one day. I workout 6 days a week. Other days I do chest/triceps, shoulder/forearm and legs. So I have a 4 day routine which I repeat. I take 3mins rest between sets. Is that okay. I spent almost two hours in the gym. I'm trying to shorten the time but then I will have to reduce the sets. Kindly advice.

@@PehleHealth yes sir. Priority is building muscles. I have very little strength and loose skin. I am also slightly overweight at 84kgs and 183 cms height and Body fat 22%.

@@handullradaai strength dheere dheere hi badhegi to koi baat nahi.. i think 15-20 sets if pushed to failure will get you growth. just align your workout accordingly

Hi sir im a 17-18year old girl my weight is 42kg but im a not skinny but im also not fat im a skinny fat girl my hands are very weak but i have a good belly fat and and uper leg fat how can i be fit what should i do be in a calories deficit and cut my fat or be in a calorie surplus and bulk? Currently im going to gym 6days per week and following a calories surplus with push pull leg workout

If you are a beginner, look up body recomposition. Stay at maintenance calories. If not then 200-400 calorie deficit will help you.

good point, you can reduce volume on non-priority muscles and increase only for muscle you want to prioritize. This way you can balance

bench press ki hafte mein 2 bar karo, 3-4 sets per session, maintain form and posture. gradually grow kar logi

@@PehleHealth bro mai 100g protein hit kr skta hu daily but rest 30-40g kidhar krunga wo smjh nhi aa rha hai Whey protein+egg+vegetable+dal+chickpeas en sab se but Mera daily chicken arrange nhi ho paa rha hai agr wo ho jata to Mera daily 130-150g protein hit ho jata. To kuch alternative batao chicken ki jagah paneer ko chor ke wo costly hai thoda cheap me he soyabean rhene dena pls
