Oh I miss him and the great relationship we had. I'd reconnect with him as a good friend, but I am too afraid to feel too much again. He's lost my trust. He went over a year to start reaching out, and he did it by commenting on FB. After about five months of conversing on other people's posts, I sent him a friend request. He never accepted it, so I backed off. Not even commenting. I just don't want to be the object of a game.

To everyone on here that is heartbroken. Please know it’s only for a moment. I was there just like you. It’s been 9 months since my breakup and no (offense ) to this channel, but I can’t stomach to even watch these videos anymore! That’s how much I’ve grown as a person and love me. Over the pain, out of the dark space, I’ve let go! I’m living life. It gets better. You will be just FINE I promise. I just wanted to come back and uplift you. Oh and yes I did no contact. Its been 15 days since my girlfriend broke up with me. Idk what did wrong, I thought i was the best thing in her life, I worked long hrs 7 days a week, on days off or when i get half day off i lounge on the couch watch Netflix and i try to help out around the house. She used that as an excuse to break up. Something so petty. Never had a huge argument just little small differences. I cant figure out why she left me.

You're doing NC the right way.I'm happy for you & your progress. As for me,7+ months since being dumped.6+ months of NC(she blocked me just before I entered NC). Like you too,I worked on myself.Also,I didn't check her social media,etc.etc.I fully committed to100% no contact. @ 3+ months of NC her sister messaged me asking an obscure question. The next day her mom messaged me as well. I didn't reply to either.I didn't feel the need to. 5+ months into NC her best friend sent me a friend request ON MY EX's b-day. I only accepted it last week,3 weeks later. The next day,my ex finally reached out. EXACTLY 30 weeks since break up. She just messaged : How you doing? I replied 2 days later: I'm good. A few hours later she sent another message,this time more inquisitive and playful.Asking how I was so happy. That was a week ago. I haven't responded to it. I have decided to stay in no contact and continue working on myself. Thanks Coach Lee. Your videos were helpful since I started viewing them @ the time of my break up. I'm taking it one day at a time. This has been a weird and tumultuous year esp.with the ever prevalent virus and quarantine. Good luck to everyone. P.S. As I'm writing this,i have kept really busy. Started a promising home business just last month. I'm also helping/hanging out with my cousin & friends with his essential goods business. It's quite ok to grieve and process your break ups. The key is to keep busy(it works for me). Eat healthy.Sleep well.Exercise ALOT(!). Meditate(or pray). Take up hobbies. And finally,appreciate friends and family. The little things. Kids playing.The blue sky,your pets,etc.

@@granite99 thanks for your kind words. It's weird. For the month prior to her reaching out(@ her bday too to which I stayed silent)...I got really BUSY with multiple business ventures. Sold a lot of different products. There is opportunity despite this pandemic. I digress. Anyway,my buddies set me up to chat with/hang out with 2 different girls. Just across the street from my house & business,lol. Then her best friend spied on my account 1 1/2 weeks ago. And I'm really ON MY PURPOSE NOWADAYS. There's a saying: " You will always lose money chasing women but never lose women chasing money". Her 2 brief messages didn't move my heart and mind. It didn't warrant a reply imho. I'm using my brain this time. Not my heart. We had a toxic relationship at times tbh. I supported her and was good to her. Yet,I acknowledge my mistakes now too. I was willing to work things out during BU but she chose to leave. During no contact,I did a lot of self reflection. Trying my best to change/improve for the better. Hindsight is 20/20 and I now see the several things that my ex did, to hurt me. Out of anger or unresolved issues from her past or frustration with her career? Who knows. To answer your question, self improvement is a process. I chose to remain in NC to continue that process. I'm just stepping back and being careful. She can approach the centerline a little bit more then maybe I'll respond. If not,I'll stay in no contact. I was feeling great just before she reached out. Her messages kind of threw me off balance a little bit,LOL. But I'm remaining stoic and chill.

Honestly....... This IS THE ONLY COACH YOU SHOULD TAKE HIS ADVICE!!!! I GOT MY EX BOYFRIEND BACK.. It’s different because I worked on myself!!! When we were apart!!! Our Relationship is So secure because I am Secure with myself! However it took time , time, patience... and following my instinct and even my Heart.. I reached out after 4 months.... and watched and paid attention to if he really loved me but it took all together 7 and half months for our first date.... You can’t push them but when you know and sense and see the signs .. Only then did I tell him my needs... And waited to see if he met them... It’s A PROCESS!!!! I would really love to meet with you and discuss our relationship.. because I have strategies to make this work .. I have worked on myself and I fully understand why this relationship had to end and I have worked on myself and have the patience and the time.. So would you be willing to meet with me so we can discuss how we can make this work..His exact words verbatim .. were it’s Possible.. Then I said what time would work for you? It happened but time went by ..his medical problems got in the way because at that time he had Covid.. So it was a month later.. then he came sat down and I said would you like to try again? He said Yes .. Just give me time and don’t pressure me.. I kept in contact with texting 3 to 4 times a week and waited .. He called and as time went on he called more .. But it took Patience lots of it .. it wasn’t until 7 months and half all together.. since the day we broke up..

A little over 2 weeks of NC. She called me this morning. Told me how she didn't pass get a big promotion. She was devastated. She spoke on how the universe is maybe giving her signals. She mentioned the ideas we had. Family and kids. Even showed me upgrades to her house. I gave her support on her promotion. Told her she is a great employee and that I am proud of her no matter what. I left it at that. Will see if she Reaches out again.

You left me with somewhere I can go to get some hood advice. Before I found you I had done many of the mistakes that you had clearly said not to do. But I still tried and although nearly 8 months had passed since the break up and I have not heard, spoken or seen her in many months you coach Lee have done something that is far better than my getting my ex back you have opened my eyes, taught me lessons and made me into a better person. I’ve been fighting and recovering from severe burn out since July. My GF couldnt handle me at my worst & dumped me 2 weeks ago, saying she needs time and space. She also lied about being active on Tinder for weeks before she dumped me. Guess she stuck with me until she found A replacement. Today is day 14 of NC. SUCCESS STORY! My ex of 4 years broke up with me in September and I did all the right things, did not beg and immediately went into no contact. I contacted her mid-October to tell her that I love her yada yada and she told me she didn’t want a relationship with me anymore. Today, 48 days of no contact, she started blowing up my phone texting and calling me begging me to answer her. I let the phone ring 4 times and let her text a little bit. When I answered the phone she was sobbing about her new rebound relationship that’s going downhill - with him cheating on her and having lots of trust issues. I didn’t react, but responded and let her vent. I empathized with her and did not show any interest in getting back together. I was just kinda there for her to let her vent and she knows that I do not want to be friends. She asked how I was doing and told her of all the great new things I am doing such as running very successful businesses. I asked her how she was doing and she told me she was miserable with her rebound’s situation and that I was the only one she could rely or confide in which is why she called. What should I do at this point and frankly, should I even take her back? Thanks, Coach. I’m wishing all of you the best.

UPDATE! After my latest post she texted on three separate occasions asking for advice, one of which was through an unknown number flirting with me. I kept my cool and did not initiate any contact. Today she texted and called me again and asked me to meet her. I did and she vented and cried and cried and I let her do 80% of the talking. I was playful, charming and showed her my exciting new expanding business, which by the way, is skyrocketing! Apparently her rebound guy is a cheater and does drugs, which she almost fell into doing with him. And so while we were talking, I put my foot down and in a playful manner told her she could get lost if she’s expecting me to be her friend and told her I would never be her gay male girlfriend! She was wearing the ring I bought her on our very first date and told me how her mom said I was much better for her. She also told me how she recognizes her co-dependency issue and she even brought up the old happy memories. But in the end, I put my hand on her neck (she likes dominant behavior) and went straight for her lips and started making out with her (she reciprocated) - I backed off and told her I should get going and am now realizing I have a decision to make. P.S. let them do 100% of the pursuing and let them chase you! They will crumble and fall eventually and just know that you really will get another chance. Just be careful and don’t let them deceive you.

@Suzie Smith yes I did as Lee advises this, especially as I'd not heard from him in 4 months! I was friendly, light and playful but kept it short so 3 messages as it was quite late at night too. Lee says they should reach out again in 2-5 days but it's been two weeks but it's a step in the right direction. My ex jumped into a rebound relationship less than 2 weeks after we split...keep watching Lee's videos on no contact to keep your resolve strong! 😘

Wow. What a coincidence. I guess love was in the air at the time because my ex reached out to me for the first time 2 weeks ago also, after 4 months of silence. However, he hasn’t contacted me again since. We need to be strong, it’s hard but I think it’s worth it. And we have Coach Lee to help us! ❤️ we need to follow his expert advice. @@Crazybcrazyb888 Wow! Thanks so much for your fantastic reply and wonderful support! I'm kinda excited for us both in being strong for 4 months and it paying off with a reach out! I'm a optimistic person but can't help but think one reach out could literally be them checking in on us but a second would really enable me to think they may be rethinking their decision 🤔 We may not hear anything else so close to Christmas but if he's reached out whilst having a new girlfriend, that's not good as she wouldn't be happy about that. Time will tell but let's stay strong and Lee's videos will keep us determined 💪 I value his guidance so much!

My ex lives across the street. I have been doing NC for about 40 days or so. Last weekend, I accidentally (really) called her on the phone and she answered. I was so shocked, but thanks to Coach Lee's videos, I kind of knew what to talk about and what not to talk about, although I know I did I make some mistakes. We talked for over two hours about everything, but little about our old relationship. I just want to say that Coach Lee knows what he is talking about. I know I screwed up by breaking NC with the call, but by then I had no choice, so I had a pleasant conversation with her. It was interesting. She said she did miss me. She suggested going biking together sometime when I get my new bike, but I declined. Maybe I shouldn't have? Screwed up again, I guess. Towards the end of the conversation we did start to talk a little about our relationship and she said she was glad that we are still friends, but I told her I thought we had something special together and didn't want to just be friends. I told her I liked kissing her too much to just be friends (instead of saying the, "yeah, right," line). It was her birthday Monday and I also screwed up by leaving a rose from my garden at her door like I used to do every week (I put a note on it saying "Last one, just because. Happy Birthday"). I know I should not have. Since then, she texted me once thanking me for the rose and asking where to get Christmas garland, which I thought was strange, but I figure she is just trying to be friends. I'm back to NC again, but I think I messed up by #1 calling (which really was an accident), #2 by declining the biking invitation and #3 leaving the rose. Just wanted to share my experience and wish everyone else better luck. This sucks. Coach Lee, what do you think? I know this is a long post, but I wanted to share my experience. Thanks so much for these videos. You make such a difference in people's lives.

I hope I didn’t mess it up, I started no contact and she texted me 3 days saying she was thinking about me and missed me. I said maybe we should get up one of these days and she agreed. The time came and she flaked. At first I responded with just HMU if you want to work on the relationship and we can go from there and she said okay. I regret it but I then went off about her carrying things the way she did out of anger. We went back and fourth for a minute and eventually I stopped. I sent a apology and told her I over reacted. It has been 12 days since and I still haven’t heard anything but she watched my ig story and liked my post even tho she doesn’t follow me. Pray for me 🤦🏽‍♂️

Honestly, Rachael, if he was going hot and cold, it sounds like he was stringing you along. Some folks do that for very selfish reasons. From now on, be a ghost to him. Don’t let him see or hear anything about you. Give social media a break (hard, I know, but it will also keep you from going crazy). I say this with love: don’t be his puppet anymore. You deserve so much better. ❤️

I started using your no contact rule for 2 weeks my ex just couldn't handle it she started sending me emails even though she blocked me on WhatsApp, Facebook and direct call I decided not to answer she then went on Instagram again I ignored she unlocked me and started calling me directly, I answered and she was asking how I felt and things like that. My mistake was I didn't watch your video on what not to do after no contact so obviously I ruined it again. Again she blocked me and I went on no contact for 2 weeks for the second time she came back it's been 2 days ago we met and we went to her home started talking she just couldn't believe how happy I was cuz she expected me to be pissed but I wasn't and she said that I'm a mysterious person and she just doesn't understand who I am. I loved that statement, we dance I was looking in her eyes and mouth while she is talking and dancing. Was it too early to jump into the bed or not well I already did, what's your advice and thanks in advance!

Thanks for the video. My ex and I were madly in love but met at the wrong moment. We had just gotten through a very recent divorce, I was having money problems and she already had a three-year-old child. And the stress of life got in the way, with a break up that neither really wanted... She tried to contact me a year later and I didn't answer, cause I was in another relationship that was working and I was afraid to reconnect. I knew that things could potentially go very very fast. And I was afraid to hurt my soon-to-become wife. Since then, I kept on the same path and am now married, ready for the next step, we're trying to have a baby. My wife is great, and it works peacefully, but my ex was the woman of my life. It was true love and she lives in my head every hour of the day. I cannot get her out, no matter what I do. And now if I ever decided to reconnect, I would hurt my wife even more. I would have to destroy so many beautiful moments, our peaceful history... There is no solution. But sometimes the idea to spend a whole life away from her makes me feel like such a waste. Any suggestion?

Maybe you should have given yourself more time before remarriage. I held a candle for my ex for a long time after I remarried. Was married for 34 years before being widowed, but my heart was never really fully all on. However, my dh was there and never walked away.
