Dance is a must in Feel Young, and it's been a while since we had a routine to unleash all our flow, sensuality, and art 🕺🏻
Today we dance mainly to Latin rhythms (Cha-cha, Salsa, Reggaeton...), although with a change of pace towards the end, there always has to be an excuse so you don't abandon me halfway through 😜
It's low impact, suitable for all audiences, from the most dance-loving to the least. You know that the important thing here is to have fun!!! 🥳
Fun fact, I'm 11 weeks pregnant when recording this routine, if you're pregnant, always with the consent of your doctor, you could do it like me 😊
