In this video I explain a series of useful exercises to reduce shoulder pain.
I advise you to consult your doctor or physiotherapist before performing them to decide together which exercises are best suited for your problem.
Initially you may feel discomfort or soreness in the area involved in the exercise, if you experience acute pain you need to reduce the amplitude of the movement and if the pain persists you need to stop training.
