Most of these exercises you can just do for time... So it would depend on your strength level. Example Hollow body holds for 3 sets of 15 seconds. As you get stronger, you just increase the time.

I have a slipped disc in my lower back. Conventional sit ups and things like Burpee‘s & Mountain climbers kill my back. Ever since I put these workouts into my routine my lower back and hip pain is gone. I feel so much stronger. Thank you Marcus so much!! You’re one of the best trainers and coaches online.

The banded Palloff Press os absolutely amazing. I usually do that in my warm up to get the body ready for lifting. Then later, I will do them again to build strength.

What an excellent video! Thanks for this! However, I think it'd have been a bit more useful for noobs (like myself) if you'd included sets/reps/rest periods as well with each exercise... Just sayin'...
