Amen! The music industry should be slapped silly for that crap they have on the radios nowadays, all the while bypassing true talent all over the world!
He is SO AMAZINGLY TALENTED...Singer. Songwriter. Musician. Why he is not more praised and rewarded for his talents, I will never understand....He, Shawn Colvin, Joan Osborne, Eva Cassidy (RIP), etc...and SO MANY MORE like them...true storytellers and magicians...💕💕💕🎩🎩🔮🔮🔮

I love you Shawn, been following you for 10 years now and I agree, you are getting better with age...you sing from the soul, nothing nicer, you have given me some awesome soundtrack memories, I love you man...........
MMMMMMMMMMMMM.. GOD I MISS SONS OF ANARCHY !!!!!!!!!! WILL PROBABLY BUY ALL SEASONS AND WATCH AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...WHEN HE RAMBLES FROM TOWN TO TOWN.........DAMN
He's not more well-known because he chooses not to be. He prefers small labels to big labels, where he has more creative control, and he actually LIKES playing small venues. He's happy doing what he's doing and it keeps his music true to who he is.
Came across his name on a list of someone's music collection on another site. Definitely glad I looked him up. Great musician and performs this song very well.
Brilliant. He could be HUGE if he wanted. He was very, very popular years ago but he prefers being a little less observed. I'd still say he's famous, though. I was in my dorm and mentioned him and everyone - pretty unrelated - happened to know him. He's famous enough to know he has done a good job. My favorite song ever written is Lullaby (Acoustic). So soothing.
. ive seen JT, Jackson Browne, Willie Nelson, SRV, Bonnie Raitt, Colin Hay, Marshall Crenshaw, Glen Hansard, John Mayer... all great! but SM is my fav. if you've seen SM and found another guitar player that's better... please share cuz I wanna see them too
This version is very similar to Dylan's (Dylyn did it before the Animals and he copied it from another folk group, etc. etc.). Nevertheless, it's more true to how the song used to be sung. I like the animals version, but this one is nice as well.
