Cheesy Chicken and Rice Recipe:
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken, or cream of celery!)
1 small can of mushrooms (drained)
1 can of chicken
Enough water to make 2 1/4 cups
3 T cheese powder
1 cup of rice
Put the mushroom soup in a 2 cup measuring cup
add the broth off the chicken to the cup
add enough water to make it equal 2 1/4 cup
add in the cheese powder and mix well
Spray and 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and add one cup of rice
mix liquid ingredients with the rice
add one small can of drained mushrooms and mix then add your chicken and mix
bake at 3:50° for one hour covered tightly with foil.
