ngl kal and [ozy have a bogger impact than lin and chongyue in particular, yato is the real prize meta wise because having two broken frds in an account (assung you have texas) is such a qol for most players

They're both worth it especially Kal, Bagpipe is in the kernel banner if you want you can skip her for now because kernel operator rotate faster and have kernel locating where you choose one to be in the cert shop, so over all kernel operators are easier to get also Golden Glow will be in the certs shop in couple of month so make sure to save some for her she is highly worth it
on the note of if you should summon, I don't think its so cut clear. Kal and Pozy might actually be a better pull then chung/ling/ and even Yato. I know the latter are limited but my point is don't even think for a second freaking Kal and Pozy don't demand your attention. but on the other hand you might pull a Hung, rip
It is really a hard choice, but I would say kal'tsit for a new player especially if you don't have good lane holders, she can carry you really hard in the story and even the events stages, but also keep in mind that eyja is the best single target caster, both of them scale well into the end game content.
The first module is good in high difficulty conditions, the half health stun is really handy to ensure monster can deal some damage, it allow you to use monster as some sort of fast redeployment unit. The 20 ASPD from module 2 is really not that much more true damage, as s3 decrease attack over time, it is only good when you use s2 and use monster as a lane holder, but there is plenty replacement if you just want a lane holder.
Since Eyja is coming to the shop he has a chance now... it's either he come before CC12 or after that... looking at this, he could come around Yato Alter or a little bit after Lone Trail event
She still is. She is one of the few operator that can deal true damage. Also mons3tr was really versatile both as a blocker or fast redeployer. But she is used less and less in meta squad. I've seen cn community still used her on cc12 and punch out.
you get 24 free pulls for the limited banner mostly on the 28th, kalstit banner will stick around for a while. not sure how close you are to 180. but the limited banner should get you alot of yellows.

yeah because skin is coming and skin nice, i tend to do 1 or 2 pulls every banner because im lucky and i got 6 stars in every banner this month onmy 2nd pull, got pozemka. now the limited banners are comming and im not gonna get shit in 120 pulls. im gonna buy kal'tsit and surtr is going to come next just to fuck with me
