For all the DRZ owners here. The BL Italia tank is almost impossible to find. You can use an 03-05 yz450f Fuel tank, Shrouds and Seat on your drz. It takes a little massaging to fit and some custom brackets but it will fit and it makes the bike look like a whole new supermoto. I will post a video of mine soon
Thats awesome. I tried there sit a few months back and it was down and couldnt for the life of me find that tank. So i retrofit an 05 yz450f tank on the bike. The BLitalia tank is amazing though. What did it run you guys? $$
Awesome build and result but you forgot to mention what headlight you are using. I followed your link but it went to some cheap Chinese website with other random parts but not the headlight.
Is the carburetor mod really worth it? Does it make the bike more OR less reliable than with the stock carburetor? I care more about the health, longevity and reliability of the bike than just power upgrades so that's why I'm asking :)

Came out stellar! One question on the BLItalia tank. Have you made a cross over pipe or hose to connect the bottom of the two sides so you can actually use the full amount of fuel, or do you just run it as is and fill up every 90kms? I've got the same tank for my XR650R and I kinda hate stopping to tip the bike over to transfer fuel to the petcock side every so often :D Anyways great build series yet again!

Maybe a lil bias but looks like the best build of all supermofools, but I bet they will still give you crap for still being a drz, also still running the stock speedo or was it upgraded aswell ?
