Just turned 19.. and 2 months before that i was an inch and a half shorter. 6’ 1/2” to 6’ 2”. Craazy i had no clue.. no wonder i was losing weight eating 3,800 calories a day.

Honey, I promise you, every woman in our generation both from my moms and dads side used to always very low. My mom is the tallest with 1,65 cm. So yeah everyone always told me, except my dad, that its impossible for me to grow taller especially since I already passed the age most girls grow and I did too at around 15. Now I turned 18 and not long ago I grew from 1,66 cm to 1,75 cm. The things I did; Remember to sleep and rest at least possibly 8 hours Drink milk, its really good for your bones Eat meat and vegetables (Also I played basketball), so basically anything that has with jumping to do Also, you may ofc think this is cap, but fact is that it is even scientifically proven that our brain (so thought and things you tell yourself) is really powerful! So that means I have been telling myself that ''I am my desired height'' as much as possible! For example at times like when you stand beside someone or in front of the mirror and start automatically thinking ''Argh I am so short still'', DONT DO that! Instead start affirming aka telling yourself that you are so tall, and you have your ideal height!
am 15 and 6 months old am 177 or 178 cm tall around 5'9-5'10 and (wingspan 188-190 cm 6'2-6'3) i play basketball everyday like 5 to 6 times a week i also do track and i get 8-9 hours a sleep my mom is around 5'3 and idk how tall my dad is ive never meet him my goal is 6'1-6'2 if lucky 6'3 i just want know if its possible maomao and last i eat alot and i try to eat healthy i also feel like this past year 22-23 i feel like i barely grown taller.

I get a lot of bone pain after playing basketball, especially shin and stuff. When I walk sometimes my knee just hurts, it started happening when I turned 11. I also started growing acne even doing skin care. I also play football. I am really thin at my age, I am 80 pounds at my age, I am gaining around 5 pounds every year and I never get fat, I eat like 2000 calories a day. Im seeing noticeable growth since last December .Im 15 and 8 Months old now. Im 5'7 dad is 5'7 too. I hope I can get like around 5'10.My grandpa is like 5'8 . I was only 5'6 at the June. I eat alot then and I went from 125 to 150 now bruh😢 Edit:I gained .3 inches last 13 days
i really want to grow badly i eat good food sleep for 10 hrs and i exercise daily for abt 2 to 3hrs but i still only grew 2cm this year and its quite annoying
How come my appetite has been getting bigger since last year, but I haven’t grown an inch since then? Because last year I grew a random 2 inches, I feel like that was my growth spurt but I don’t have Adam’s apple yet or any facial hair.
Your appetite gets bigger before AND after a growth spurt. Your body needs extra food to prepare for the incoming growth and store fat incase you don't meet your caloric needs (which is why cutting weight isn't that bad if you're growing) as well to make sure your weight matches your height and after the spurt for the body to recover from the soreness and nutrients it used for growth.

Hey mao mao, in an old video you do a exercise that are like pogo jumps and you say that dont do more than 100 of that jumps a day couse that can have negative effects, why? I train for atleticisim and I do pogo Burnouts were I do like 1000 of those jumps, is that bad?
hi mao i've been watching your videos for a while and i used some of your tips and it pretty much works i've grown 5 centimeters since august, but i have question im turning 16 in february, and im still pretty sad cuz im 176cm (or for you americans 5' 9) and it's because of my scolios because it cuts 5 centimeters from my current height (w/o it i could be 181cm or exact 6' 0) and my mom is 165 and dad was ~193cm in his young years, so my predicted height is 187-191 (182-186 with scoliosis) And i wanted to ask if i can still grow at nearly 16 ? because it seems like i can because after exercising i get "shin pump" my apetite is increased but i don't gain fat, but shin pump is only after some harder leg workout because on daily i don't have shin pains, to be honest i didn't had them in my most massive growth spurt at 12, so i'm not super sure if im gonna grow any taller. But if i still can do you recommend leg trainings and basketball to boost my height in last years of growing, or is it not gonna do anything at this age ? i'll be glad if you respond ;)
Maybe you could talk to a guy whose channel name is chargermopar. He does interviews frequently. He was shorter than his peers until in his teen years he stopped eating everything but meat, and lots of it. Only meat. He hit a massive growth spurt and is now 6'5. That was 40 years ago. Another interesting thing you'll notice is that he doesnt have a single grey hair at his age.

Bro please answer my mom is 5'7 and my dad is 6'5 and im 16 ive had this problem right at tibial tuberosity and when i touch it it hurts so much especially after training cause i train basketball and i am having this for a while couple of months 100% idk when the pain is going to go i hope when i stop growing and i am now at 6'3 and in august 2023 i was 6 also ive been doing exercices to strenghten quads and doing tibialis but the pain wont go away any tip should i continue to train is it bad if i rest it too much and am i going to grow tall?😂
Yeah it most likely is. I’m turning. 17 soon and if I am very lucky I will get a growth spurt. I am currently 5 9 and I have had no major growth spurts throughout high school so idk if I will get one or not.

Hey. You’re 14 years old so I would expect you to still have open growth plates. You should get an additional 2-4 years of growth before your growth plates close so you got time.
I have most Uncles 5'8 and up same with grandfather's but I'm 16.5 year old my birthday is in May, my brothers grow to 5'7-5'½ and their 18+ and I'm 5'7 rn currently going through growth spurt was 5'6 a month ago so is it possible to reach 5'9/5'10?? Update Feb 1, 2024:Im currently 5'7½ I was drinking alot of milk so i think that helps cause i get the least of 1000mg calcium and calcium is needed for bone growth to get taller
@@jackt22 I drink 2-3 cups everyday but I would recommend 3 because that adds up to 900mg calcium and u can eat what ever else have calcium in it to make it a thousand but u must be in puberty stage
