The gospels in the Bible are written down the line by people who weren’t witnesses but people who heard the stories. Paul is credited for some books but half of those are written by someone else.

I too have been trying to piece together the timeline of Jesus, son of Joseph and Mary as well as the other two Jesus with their own stories that are similar but much earlier. And the gospel of St. Thomas. Too much has been left out of the scriptures as well as added, which is not surprising, as it was written by man. I hope to find my own answers, if time will allow me. You need to search for the truth and not believe everything you are given. Most big events in the bible are copies of previous events with a twist to fit their narrative. The fact is that the ancient gods were more believable than present if you trust your mind to distinguish the truth and recognize possible misinterpretations.
