Hi Majan bread is one of the basic foods of life every one should be making bread it taste so much better than the bread you buy from a shop, it does not matter if it does not turn out perfect first time you can always adjust to suit your taste thanks for watching peter

the bread you made does not last very long because there's no chemicals in it, so if you cannot consume within 2 days Freeze the surplus.

hi k p try growing some lettuce leaves if you have strong light coming in or you can sprout some seeds they don't require light, i haven't done this yet but theres plenty of information on the net.thanks for watching and wish you good luck. peter
