Since when did rice have gluten in it? What about wild rice? And more answers! 

Dr. I have never had pain until I went gluten free, then egg free, then dairy free, and then I started getting ataxia from corn...then it hit me that going grain free is what I needed to do, but I wish I had made the correlation earlier that all my symptoms, painless or not, had all been due to ALL the grains as all the grains contain a type of gluten as I learned on your website and emails. You are in my OP a pioneer and major authority when it comes to health and healthcare. I pray that god continues to bless you and make your message even more visible to those like me who suffered from anxiety, ocd, insomnia (caused from gluten), depression (caused by dairy) and then pain (caused by corn). Thanks to you, I am finally getting better.

I've been making my own cassava flour and tapioca starch. It is great for thickening a sauce, and a few times a year I make a pie crust.

What type of cookware sets can you use and not get cross contamination? Cast iron, non-stick, porcelain coated, or no nonstick etc…?

My daughter got a blood test for allergies and it came back corn, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs. So she stopped eating it all. She still had stomach pain and we figured out (with prayer) that the birth control pills were causing her issues. She’s started adding back into her diet some gluten and dairy. We are watching closely if she ends up with more problems.

A rapport of the FDA says wild rice also have arsenic what about that?

Doc I was positive with the skin test but begative with Ige. I spent 6 years to reverse my villous atrophy. Once in a while I enjoyed a gluten free pizza but it seems that after few days I struggle a lot. Fructans or cross reactivity ?

What about white rice flour . If you don’t get any symptoms from it . I eat an animal based diet with only fruit , beef and salts but sometimes I have a supplement with white rice flour as a bulking agent . Or I have some meds that do have starch.

Eat a paleo diet. This is what our ancestors eat before grains. Humans were never meant to eat grasses.
