man hes not lying about these excercises, i remember doing them for only two weeks and i felt like a feather on my feet, i was so agile it was insane. put in the work and get the results bro just trust the process

Thank you for this workout! I'm not athletic to begin with, especially with the lower body, so I did a modified version of this including 1) using a broomstick instead of a barbell and weights, 2) using a 1-level aerobic step. I did the backward sled walk at full weight though I think (two 45 lb plates, plus a 25 lb on the last set). Now that I've done it once, I'm more comfortable with the movements and looking forward to upping my game. This is way more fun than super boring machines.

and pointing, pointing is a critical peice of the training matrix. lots of pointing and flexing will gain you precious tenth's on your 60m.

Thanks Austin! So typically I change it up every 4 weeks then move on to a different phase. That’s how most of our programs are structured

Ironically, I'm watching this AFTER Covid, so I was thinking, "Yes! Mr. Isolation!" because I was looking for workout videos for single-leg exercises to ISOLATE one leg at a time! ... not quite what you were saying...😂

Great content and message overall, however there is no such thing as a medial glute. The body part you were looking for is the gluetus medius and it is on the lateral side of the body, not the medial side of the body.
