Is no such thing as an impartial minor league announcer. This dude is over the top with his schtick, was OK at first when reacting to the pitch behind him, but was too far gone with the continuing "black mark on the whole organization" shit. But every guy in his role is pretty much a homer.

No, you can tell the intent from where the catcher was setting up. I caught in College. You don't set up a foot off the plate and tap the ground for the pitcher to throw a curve in the dirt. 0-2 or 1-2 maybe but not 3-2.

Pitching around someone with bases empty, in the 8th inning, up only three runs, is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If you believe that, you understand ZERO about the game. Their motive was clear; end the streak even if we jeopardize our chances of winning.
