Just when watching the trailers, I already had a really large amount of doubt that this film was going to be any good, it looks like the exact same 'Dwayne The Rock' blockbuster that's come out the last 4 years in a row.
@Mysterious_ Cat It is exactly his fault lol At this point in his career he can be picky. He chooses his roles and has all the freedom. If you can't tell this is a bad script..may be he needs rewatching his Doom movie. :3 I love the Rock too, he is a great person, but he is doing all this to himself. He can easily just fkn not do this movie. lol or choose something half-way decent.
If your paying attention he is producing many of the films he is in.... so yeah, it is his fault. I disagree that his movies are crappy though. Jumanji was good anyway. I've not seen this one or Rampage yet, but his other past movies have always been worth seeing (not saying they are high cinema or anything).
Movies with the Rock will always be hit or miss, even with his screen presence, much like that of Arnold Schwarzenegger. For every solid movie like Jumanji, or cameo like the Fast and Furious movies, we get Rampage and Skyscraper.
The rock is a one trick pony actor and it’s sad because he was so good at his rock character in wrestling; he can’t do anything else but save the day never dies cgi movies
He’s not made one memorable or icon movie. But he is fun to watch sometimes. I did like faster. And I really liked fast five. I also really liked the scorpion king
Dwayne Johnson did too many movies. Not even a year & he already did starring 3 movies & this is exactly what happened as quality will drop eventually. Makes me wonder if he become the new Nicholas Cage LOL
The funniest part of the movie was when the little girl said "Are we gonna die?" to the mom. She didn't look worried or scared but was just looking normally and saying, "Are we gonna die?" That part had me laughing out loud like crazy.
Hey joe. I have been wanting to make this suggestion for a while. But I think it would be really cool if you could include the other guys into the displayed rating at the end. Like you could combine and average the final verdicts rather than just your rating. I think it would be interesting to see the average unanimous rating. Anyways love the show, and keep up the great work.

He laughs for a second and then Henry appears in his mind which he reflexively reacts to by licking his lip and sucking on it. Or maybe he just had a chapped lip and it kinda split a little from laughing and he was just tending to it...
Wow these guys are starting to become real critics and railing on movies way more, guess they've been seeing way more movies and starting to be critical, but a few years ago I could see them giving this movie a positive review
Well to be perfectly humble, in my honest opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also looking into this matter in a different perspective and without condemning of one's views and by trying to make it objectified, and my considering each and every one's valid opinion. Please do a midnight review on The Equalizer 2. Some friends and I, want to go and see it this Saturday. Yet the early screening viewings are a mixed mess and we don't know if it's worth seeing or not.
Well it would be hard to believe him as a normal character who isn't a military/bodybuilder/superhero because of his sheer size. He's just the modern Schwarzenegger.
Tony Orr Arnold was in some iconic movies though. Terminator 1 and 2, Total Recall, Conan The Barbarian, Predator. The Rock just appears in any old shit.
Knock /Da Deathstroke The issue I have is that he doesn’t seem to have any range in the films he is In as a actor whatsoever. There’s actors that I still consider to have great acting skills but the roles they play , The amount of films they play & the generic persona from each role makes them overrated. He seems like a super nice guy and I would never attack him Personally. I could be proven wrong in the future if he ever does get his big break and has a future roll that defines his career. But as it currently sits I can’t deny that he is overrated at this moment in his career.

Biggest issue with this channel is how often you interrupt the other two. They hardly ever get a word in and when they do, they barely get into it before you cut in and go off on your own tangent. Love the show otherwise, but this issue is present in every. single. review. Let the boys speak.

It's possible they had a bit too much to drink. From their reaction, it sounds more like they were a bit desensitized by alcohol. If you have some extra liquid courage a lot of the suspense will be lost, making the movie feel boring.
I think Joe misses the point of someone being disabled and doing all these things. Yes he’s disabled and all that, it was well handled, but Dwayne Johnson isn’t actually disabled! If they got an actual disabled actor to play our protagonist then I could commend the movies but they can’t even do that right
Eric Ciresa pretty much. The fact that they got someone who isn't disabled tells me that disabled people can't actually the things in the movie and they had to fake it.
To be fair you gotta be practical when youre making a film and you want it to be successful. Its an action movie with intensive stunts. I cant really see an actual disabled person being able to do these kinds of things. I mean at that point why not demand they get an actual Ex-Soldier with a fake leg? Why not? Because thats not practical or feasible.
Yeah I did also but I'm going with a 4/10 I enjoyed it but I acknowledged its flaws it's not a movie I would watch twice by myself but if I was cuddle up wth a female ill sit thru it
