So this sleep meditation guides you through activating the energy body before ascending to the multidimensional plane of existence to meet your higher self. You are then given time to ask questions, seek advice, and receive support to release limits and blocks.

Choose a few questions for your higher self and then allow your mind to show you the most important question. I then guide you into finding a space of quiet, a sanctuary within you that is calm and peaceful. You fill up this space with every in-breath, freeing yourself of noise, confusion and stress with every out-breath.
This space of calm fills to overflowing so that the good feelings fill you up completely
The chakras in your body are healed and harmonized so that your energy body activates. Your conscious mind-body remains in the deepest state as your energy body ascends and exits through your crown chakra.
You pass through to the multidimensional plane of existence where your higher self meets you and answers any questions, provides wisdom and also helps you release limits and blocks.
