If anything, exercises like these will strengthen and grow your calf muscles, which isn't a bad thing.

from experience, i've done calve exercises very similar to this one (if not exactly) like these for almost a year and they sure thin it down but they replaced the fat in my calves with muscle instead lol (which again, isnt as bad as my fat ones before)

actually u can simply reduce your activities esp walking, as time goes by, your muscle will shrink and you will achieve that super lean leg. but this is hella unhealthy but it 's proven to work.

Упражнения на обычную растяжку ног, никакого "жиросжигания" и уменьшения объема икроножной мышцы не будет от такого. ЧТобы избавится от жира делайте кардио, силовые тренировки и правильно питайтесь, а не думайте, что растяжка магическим образом сделает из вашего тела античную скульптуру

@@zunairasafeer1785 You can kick high even with bigger calves. Kicks are about range of motion, so you should actually be working out your thighs more, so they're more flexible...

​@@zunairasafeer1785 For flexibility, just do basic stretches after working out! The usual stuff: splits, hamstring stretches, etc. As they get easier, try to deepen the stretch. To kick well, a strong core and strong legs are essential. Do a few core exercises like planks regularly, but focus more on leg exercises and ensure that you engage your core while doing the leg exercises! (For example, when doing high knees, try to also focus on engaging your core instead of just raising your legs as fast as possible.) The basic leg exercises are helpful too: lunges, squats, RDLs etc. Make sure to try different variations of the exercises, so you target all your muscles and don't get bored! Of course, make sure to practice the kick itself! You can even incorporate it into your workout. (For example, doing a rainbow kick after every squat.) Kickboxing might be helpful! I personally enjoyed PopSugar's kickboxing workouts.

@@user-us8ft2jv6vэто генетика. Если у вас ноги как сверху, то как снизу они никогда не будут. Даже если останутся одни кожа и кости игры все равно будут выглядеть не так как снизу.

​@@user-us8ft2jv6v Привет. Это скорее для растяжки икроножных мышц. Думаю для молодых, пока формируется тело, это актуально. Для более старшего возраста можно делать для общего состояния ног, при застоях лимфы.

@@-Micaela. for some people, it's just annoying. I mean if it's muscle then it's fine, but if it's fat, then it will be hard for you to even walk. There's nothing wrong with exercise, if it makes us healthier. But personally, i find thick calves sexier than the thin one, 😆

Okay so well I'm going to try this for sure till 30 days and gonna give you results.... Keep liking this comment for making me remember i have to uptate everyday Day 1 : it was tiring and so hard my legs are paining Day 2 : it was litter easier to do little only Day 3 : It is really very tiring but helping me to sweat in this winter.... It was tiring today Day 4: things are getting easier if you'll do it in night times too it will affect much Day 5 : my leg was paining soo I didn't did in morning but night it feels goods as it been going to be a week Day 6 : it's really very early but results are showing little Day 7:to Day

I guess I never know this was something people were insecure about I have always had bigger calves and I love them because of there muscle and strength they give me. And to any one with big calves or little calves your legs are beautiful just the way they are if you want to change them that is your choice but you will always be beautiful no matter what.

as someone who has thick calves due to having done track when I was younger I still have them and I don't do track anymore but they are a big insecurity of mine ik ppl in the comments are saying the before pics are fine but honestly everyone's experiences are different I myself don't need or want big calves anymore and would gladly like to lose them

Here’s the thing sisters, you CANNOT target fat loss in an area, you lose fat throughout your entire body. Exercises like these will likely increase the size of your calf muscles. The “before and after” photo is likely fake. Better off doing some cardio to reduce fat and, hopefully, reduce some fat in the calf area. Be sure to eat healthy, avoid fried foods at all costs. Fruits, veggies, protein, and other nutrients will NOT increase the fat in your body as long as you are able to burn more calories than you consume. Just remember: being as slim as a K-pop girl will do nothing good for your health and your future wellbeing.

Ok I’m going to do this for a bit. I’ll post results everyday(if I remember😂) Day 1(today): It hurts! Especially the second step! But, it works the muscles. I’ll post again tomorrow 💪♥️ Day 2: Didn’t post yesterday! But did it today! It’s still pretty painful though, considering I skipped a day haha! But, I have to keep it up. Update tomorrow! -- Day 1: I’m setting a goal and hopping back on this course, wish me luck! And today was painful, but it got my muscles moving! --- Day 1: Got caught up with school again, we’re doing this… AGAIN! 😭 Did it today, kinda painful since I haven’t done it in a while. I’ll try this for maybe a week… or more.

An advice from a 27yo: Don't fall in this lie of having a small body because a small body usually is also a WEAK body. Exercise your legs, stretch, build muscle. You will get old one day and the body will mercilessly charge you for the exercises that weren't done before as soon you approach the 25 yo and stops producing collagen. Not to mention that the energy to perform activities and living the life is completely superior in people that exercises (and it directly affects your seggs life and hormones, and the probability of developing diseases). You're a human, you don't owe ANYONE the obligation to look like a toothpick just to fit inside a box. Love yourself in the most healthy way possible and don't look down at you because of aesthetics. The beauty and social media won't support you when your body starts hurting in your 30s. (I didn't listened this advice 10 years ago and I still regret every new pain in the sciatic nerve)

These are great workouts/stretches, but please remember that it's not possible to spot-reduce fat! :) if you wanna slim down your legs, any calorie burning workout could technically work

I'm trying it: Day 1: very little pain,a bit tiring. Day 2 : a bit more painful not during excercise but after doing it there was quite pain in my legs but felt really stretchy

Если у вас толстые икры, то тут просто накачаются мышцы под слоем жира (который вообще далеко не факт, что уйдет в нужном месте) и будут они еще в два раза больше… А если икры просто без жира и накаченные по дефолту (как у меня), они тоже накачаются еще больше. Так что ты либо родился с тонкими маленькими икрами-палочками, либо нет 😐

I like my calves the way they are, never had any insecurities about it. I have sportive body and I don't see any point in losing weight (because you can't lose it in one spot). Believe in yourself and love yourself.

I get that some ppl think thin calves are elegant, and if you naturally have calves like that, by all means embrace them. But a thin calf means your muscles there are really weak… so just keep that in mind. The ideal should always be a healthy body, not one that fits society’s ever changing image of the perfect body.

This video is shait. I was always ashamed of my calves as a young girl, until I grew up and realised it wasn't because I was fat but because I'm muscular by nature and there's nothing wrong with that (actually it's something quite good health-wise). I only had something similar to those super slim legs at the lowest period of my whole life when I starved myself and lost a lot of weight. Don't be insecure!! Your legs are fine and perfect the way they are and there isn't such a thing as desirable legs by any shape or form!!

i used to do similar exercises like these for slimmer calves and it works!!! there's a difference in toning and slimming down ur calves. this one is stretching so it slims down ur calves instead of toning them or making them more muscular. i guarantee that this will work:))

This video has taught me there are so many different beauty standards in this world. When I had legs like in the after photo, I was teased for my chicken legs. Now that I have shapely calves, I get compliments. I am genuinely surprised shapely calves aren't desirable everywhere.

أنصحكم بقراءة هذا الدعاء: ياجبار أجبرني ياجبار أجبرني ياجبار أجبرني آللهُمَ أرني عجائب قدرتك في تحقيق ماأتمنى .. ‎ياودود ‎ياودود ‎ياودود ‎ياذا العرش المجيد ‎يافعال لما تريد ‎لك الحمد ‎ولك الشكر على جميع النعم ‎اللهم لك الحمد ‎كماينبغي لجلال وجهك وعظيم سلطانك ‎اللهم ياحي ياقيوم ‎صل على محمد ‎وعلى آل محمد ‎كما صليت على ابراهيم وعلى ال ابرهيم ‎انك حميد مجيد ‎يارب ‎يارب ‎يارب ‎اسألك بعزك الذي لا يرام ‎وبملكك الذي لا يضام ‎وبنورك ‎الذي ملأ اركان عرشك ‎يامغيث اغثني .. ‎يامغيث اغثني.. ‎يامغيث اغثني.. ‎(ثم اذكر حاجتك) ‎أللهم ‎لا تشمت اعدائي بدائي ‎واجعل القرآن العظيم ‎دوائي وشفائي ‎انت ثقتي ورجائي ‎واجعل حسن ظني بك شفائي ‎اللهم ‎ثبت علي عقلي وديني ‎وبك يا رب ‎ثبت لي يقيني ‎وارزقني رزقاً حلالاً يكفيني وابعد عني شر من يؤذيني ‎ولا تحوجني ‎لطبيب يداويني ‎ اللهم ‎استرني على وجه الارض ‎اللهم ‎ارحمني في بطن الارض ‎اللهم ‎اغفرلي يوم العرض عليك ‎بسم الله ‎الرحمن الرحيم طريقي والرحمن رفيقي ‎والرحيم يحرسني ‎من كل شيء يؤذيني (اللهم احرمني لذة معصيتك وارزقني لذة طاعتك)، ‎اللهم ‎اني اعوذ بك ‎من شرالنفاثات في العقد ومن شر حاسد اذا حسد ‎اللهم ‎اني عبدك ‎وابن عبدك ‎وابن امتك ‎ناصيتي بيدك ‎ماض في حكمك ‎عدل في قضاؤك ‎اسالك بكل اسم هو لك سميت به نفسك ‎أو أنزلته في كتابك ‎أو علمته أحداً من خلقك ‎او استاثرت به ‎في علم الغيب عندك ‎أن تجعل القرآن ربيع قلبي ونور صدري ‎ وجلاء حزني ‎وذهاب همي ‎اسالك اللهم بقدرتك ‎التي حفظت بها يونس ‎في بطن الحوت ‎ورحمتك ‎التي شفيت بها ايوب ‎ بعد الابتلاء ‎ان لاتبق لي هما ‎ولاحزنا ‎ولاضيقا ‎ولاسقما ‎الا فرجته ‎وان اصبحت بحزن فامسيني بفرح ‎و ان نمت على ضيق فايقظني على فرج ‎وان كنت بحاجه ‎فلا تكلني إلى سواك ‎وان تحفظني لمن يحبني وتحفظ لي احبتي ‎اللهم ‎لا تحملني من كرب الحياة مالا طاقة لي به ‎وباعد بيني ‎وبين مصائب الدنيا ‎وتقلب حوادثها ‎ كما باعدت ‎بين المشرق والمغرب، ‎اللهم ‎بشرني بالخير ‎كما بشرت يعقوب بيوسف وبشرني بالفرح ‎كما بشرت زكريا بيحيى، ‎اللهم ‎بشر من أرسل لي هذا الدعاء ‎بحاجة تفرح قلبه ‎وتدمع عيناه منها، ‎ربي ‎ ها أنت ترى مكاني ‎و تسمع كلامي ‎و أنت أعلم بحالي ‎ربي ‎شكواي لك ‎لا لأحد من خلقك ‎فاقبلني في رحابك ‎في هذه الساعة المباركه ‎ربي ‎إني طرقت بابك ‎فافتح لي أبواب سمواتك ‎و أجرني من عظيم بلائك ‎اللهم ‎سخر لي عبادك الطيبين ‎من حولي ‎وسهل لي أموري ‎وارزقني ‎من حيث لا أحتسب ‎ربي ‎بحولك ‎وقوتك ‎وعزتك ‎وقدرتك ‎أنت القادر علي ذلك وحدك لا شريك لك.. ‎اللهم ‎ إني أسألك أن ترزقني ‎ما كان خيرا لي ‎في ديني ‎ودنياي ‎ومعاشي ‎وعاقبة أمري ‎عاجله واجله، ‎اللهم ‎إني أشكو لك ‎قلة حيلتي ‎وهوان أمري ‎وضعف قوتي ‎اللهم ‎إني أسألك ‎أن تصرف عني شتات‎العقل والأمر ‎ربي ‎اثرني ولا تؤثر على ‎ربي ‎انصرني ولا تنصر علي ‎إلهي ‎ارحم ضعفي ‎ و فرج همي ‎و اجبر كسري ‎وامن خوفي ‎و امطرني برزق من عندك ‎لا حد له ‎و فرج من عندك ‎لا مد له ‎و خير من عندك ‎ لا عدد له ‎اللهم ‎ إن كان رزقي في السماء فأنزله ‎ وإن كان في الأرض فأخرجه ‎ وإن كان بعيدا ‎فقربه ‎ وإن كان قريبا ‎ فيسره ‎ وإن كان قليلا ‎ فكثره ‎وإن كان كثيرا ‎ فبارك لي فيه ‎اللهم ‎ولمرسلها مثل ذلك ،، ‎يارب ‎في هذه الساعه ‎أسالك الراحه لكل مسلم ضاقت عليه دنياه ‎وذرفت عيناه ‎يا الله ‎أفرح قلوبا ‎أنهكها التمني ‎وبشر أصحابها ‎بفرح ‎لايذكرهم بوجعهم ‎واسعد قلوبهم ‎وأسعدنا بصحبتهم ‎اللهم ‎إغفر لوالدي ‎وادخلهم جنتك ‎ياأرحم الراحمين ‎اللهم ‎اعتق رقابنا من النار ‎اللهم ‎انك عفو ‎كريم ‎تحب العفو ‎فاعف عنا ‎اللهم ‎وفق من ارسل لي الرساله ويسر له اموره ‎بالدنيا والاخره ‎وارزقه النظر ‎الى وجهك الكريم ‎واحسن خاتمته ‎ووالديه ‎وارزقه أضعاف مايتمنى بالدنيا والاخره ‎ اللهم اشفي من ارسل لي هذه الرساله ‎وصل اللهم وسلم ‎وبارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله الطيبين الطاهرين 👐👐👐👐👐👐👐👐 ‎أرسل هذا الدعاء ‎ لأكبر عدد من الناس ‎حتىَ تقُول الملائگه ‎ولك المثل ( بما انو هواي ناس قروا هذا الدعاء ادعولي وياكم انو اجيب درجات عاليه وأنجح بدراستي واذكروا اسمي بالدعاء "براءومروة "❤️🤲)

Что не так с "неправильной" ногой? По мне так она очень красивая и рельефная, тогда как "правильная" нога выглядит крайне странно, как будто мышца атрофировалась и принадлежит не очень здоровому человеку...

Imagine the day when Miss Whoever Celebrity appears with big calves (as it has already happened with big butts and big brows) Gym full of girls cracking their gastrocnemius and surgery implants. Yeah, i want to do it bc I'm overweight rn. I want to be normal and healthy again. My body feels hurt when i move too much, and i hate it. It just doesn't feels right. I wanna move as much as i want and just feel tired without pain, just like before, before covid i mean. 🤣 I gain weight bc of freaking covid won't let people out, just laying and eating. Damn!!

Hey bruhhhhh! Dont do these because you will get muscle by doing this, your calves will become more tight, whenever you will wear heels your calves will get a shape and they would easily be visible..... This makes your calves thick...cuz its stretching your calves bruhh!
