Thanks. Unfortunately these pick-ups are not available in Europe. So far I tested from this category Ford Ranger and Mitsubishi L200.

ESP ON. It automatically goes off in low range.

Traction Control is extremely aggresive in 4L LOCK mode.

@@samin2173 It is less aggressive in 4H LOCK mode and much much less aggresive in 4H mode. So the driver must know how and when to use each mode.

the reason is obvious: look for the titles in other videos, the author says thanks to suzuki dealer in almost each of them.

There were similarly powered cars which passed all tests, including Duster II, so that is only the matter of AWD/TC software.

btw is "lock" marketing or is there actually some lock going on? Sorry im not knowledgeable in this topic.

@@theblitz1687 It depends which car. Sometimes it is actual mechanical lock, sometimes it is actively controlled by computer (not all time locked).

Entièrement faux, vous ne connaissez pas du tout les véhicules…. J’ai les deux véhicules actuellement un grand vitara de 2005 et un duster 4x4 de 2013 . Le vitara est un 4x4 permanent avec possibilité de petite vitesse et blocage différentiel que quand la petite vitesse est enclenchée , le duster est 4x2 ou 4x4 au choix avec lock possible que bien entendu lorsqu’il est en 4x4 . Ensuite faire des essais sur rouleaux c’est n’importe quoi…. J’habite en Guyane et les piste boueuses ( les vraies) j’ai testé , je vous assure que le Duster est bien meilleur franchiseur que le Suzuki grand vitara. Pour au moins deux raisons , la gestion de la puissance des roues est faite par l’électronique sur le duster et il est plus léger. La ou je reste bloqué avec le Suzuki, le duster passe. Bref! Ce test est un grand n’importe quoi.

@@Titou97320 Firstly - two different awd systems are compared so what is a nonsense? Secondly - are your cars equipped with ESP/TC? That makes crucial difference for real conditions and the test as well, especially that Grand Vitara without ESP/TC has different center differential than the one equipped with ESP/TC.

@@Titou97320 Then the center differential of Grand Vitara is open. TC works on different levels dependent on the chosen mode of 4x4 system. It is the most aggressive when low gear is engaged. When only center diff is locked it works like on medium level. That is real, mechanical system. Duster uses only electromagnetic coupling (like SX4 or new Vitara). GV system is WAY better (mechanical structure, TC tuning). If GV gets stuck while the Duster goes - it's due to other factors, not the 4x4 system itself.
