Hello 👋🏼 everyone, one month ago I was 57kg. Now im 54kg! Thanks a million to your HIIT workout! 5 days a week after work for 40mins. Strictly cut sugar, avoid fast food, sugary drinks and fried food! Breakfast half boil eggs & Toast, lunch brown rice instead of white with protein eg, chicken breast, vegetables, dinner 1 green apple. I drink only water and green tea. Good luck everyone 😀
Wow! You are so amazing. At 62 I have all the time to do workouts. Glad to have stumbled upon this program. But I wonder how often we can do it? Would doing it on daily basis injure our body, expecially for people with advanced age like ours.

@@nrsnadiaa I didn't follow any particular diet apart from stopping soft drinks (which make my stomach swell) and above all fairly complete dishes! and leave between each meal at least 5 hours before eating again.
I just saw this. I scanned the video to see the exercises and love how low impact the routine is. I've tried other routines which left me exhausted from just the first 5 moves. Your routine is sustainable and looks fun to do. I'm excited to start this tomorrow!
This is the absolute best work out! I have had several spinal surgeries and was able to do all the exercises on this video. I am so happy! Thank you 💞💕💞🌺 Day 3 and 4 was pretty harsh but I made it (barely :) Day 5 was better and I am already seeing results!! It has been over a week and I can honestly tell you this is the BEST workout!! I am so excited! *** I have done this workout daily for a month and have lost inches ALL OVER! It doesn't work unless you do but this is VERY EFFECTIVE! ❤❤❤ I love my body!!

Hello I'm from Philippines, 27 years old, I started this work out from June 2022 up to now, at first I'm having a hard time because of my weight, from 67 to 53 kilograms! I lose 14kls in just 4 months of continuing this kind of work out, I owe a lot to you, just keep sharing this kind of work out, and keep on inspiring a lot, to motivate to lose weight. From 31 waist line to 29! It's amazing! I'm grateful that I can move with confidence! And promise to continue this! Far from my target kilograms (which is 46) but yet near! Bonjour j'ai 64 ans je commence de me mettre en sport. Depuis lundi le 13 février 2022 .il faux je perde les 7 kilos en trop et sur tout le vendre les hanches .cette exercice me fait du bien et j'ai beaucoup transpire je me sans souple et plus légère .au début c'est dur maintenant je mi mes tout les matin .merci pour cette exercice .

@@martaszust2560 Déficit calórico, consumo todos los alimentos sin restricciones pero midiendo la ingesta calórica, en mi caso, según mi altura (1,63) consumo entre 1300 a 1400 calorías más rutinas de ejercicio 😄
Wow, what a workout! I'm 74 and not able to complete it in one session but I split it in two by taking a rest in the middle. As with most older women the weight amasses around the waist, these workouts are essential for keeping that area strong and fit. Thank you!!!
Awesome ! Woke up at 3am. Couldn't sleep. Watched your video a few minutes and was motivated to get out of bed. After a few minutes of moving the night gown came off. I could feel the blood coursing through my veins and heat coming off my skin. My entire body was warmed up. My heart was pounding gently. I felt awake and alive. The duration of the exercises was just enough NOT to tire you out so you could keep going on and into the next exercise. Thank you so much for this video. I just started moving again 2 weeks ago. I'm building strength, stamina and balance, which are my goals at this point. Although, I have noticed toned skin and muscle definition. I'm much encouraged. My stomach is firmer and less protruding. The results I've seen are attainable with little effort and much consistency.

Still sweat alot but I'm getting used to it! Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ x2 - felt super motivated that day Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ I lost 1cm on my waist, 1cm on my both my arms, and 1.5cms on my thighs! 🥰🥰 I see my ab lines slowly coming out although I'm not there yet. I really appreciate the workout! Will continue doing your workouts and share more results later! ⭐

my routine is i do this in the morning but only 10 minutes cuz i have 4 more to do (arms and shoulder) and then i do the remaining after lunch and in the afternoon
