For those who can't stand being hungry. 2 diets. 1. SOUP. selery, savoy cabbage, champignon, chinese cabbage, some tomato juice, ginger/imbir, salt, pepper. You eat that soup whenever you want for couple of weeks. 2. CHICKEN breast fried, you eat it even every hour if you feel hungry, and every time with different vegetable: lettuce, cucumber, pickles, tomato, bell pepper. 1 grapefriut per a day. Also egg whites, once a day, you may have whole egg. After 3 weeks you will start to lose weight. I love this second diet, I did it twice. Never felt hungry and after a month I lost 5 kg everytime. I never practise this diet more than 2 months.
