Antelope... such a great lean meat. Whenever I see ground Antelope I think of a juicy burger and that's exactly what's goin' down! I'm mixing in some pork chorizo and caramelizing onions with the burgers throughout the whole cook, then adding some cheese and toppings for an awesome wild game burger- Let's get to it.
