This is a recipe I’ve been working on for a while now. I typically make it with chuck roast but when pork shoulders are $.99 a pound it’s a great alternative. It’s been a while since I’ve done a video but I’m back at it! I just don’t want to be one of those guys that’s always repeating the same content over and over again. I’ve been doing a lot of big cooks and selling a lot of bbq too. Here we go!
