That 37 Ford is super interesting to me. My grandfather had the exact same one built. My grandmother has a picture of it when he got it and they are identical. He got board with the red and ended up painting it Orange with Gold pin stripping and changed the interior to this beautiful dark beige exotic leather.

bough a C5 in march 2020 at 26 years old, here we are almost 2 years later (liking 4 mouths) and i can honestly say if i have the car rewired and update the inside i might keep it if i dont it will probably be sold in a another year and im definitely not buying another unless its a C3 (the best looking corvette in my opinion.)

Hahaha! No way! He said it was a “high end” build. Boyd built bondo buggies. I remember watching an episode where the guys were slathering body filler front to back. They werent craftsmen at all. This car looks like a Kindigit build.
@@alt7488 im more than well aware. And theres nothing wrong with spreading a skim coat on each panel to level out everything. But they applied much more than skim coats. Which means they weren’t very good at metal working. Boyds shop doesn’t hold a candlelight to builders such as Kindigit, and Ring Brothers. Or Runge cars. His work is amazing! No filler at all! All aluminum hand formed cars.
The thing that makes me laugh the most is every 100k custom built car never gets driven more than 20k miles then sells for less than 1/2 of the cost to build . Hell I would drive is as winter beater for 10 years before I would take a 50% loss on return just to piss people off . Tim Allen Name alone should have added 20% as seen on TV another 10%
