Watched this video and immediately hopped into a comp game (diamond-ascendant elo). Sat in the rat corner in mid with a judge and got an easy 2, grabbed a rifle, and killed a third. Best guide I've ever seen. First time playing Viper on Pearl and went 26/9/8. Thanks banana man.
Bro, i just came back to valorant after 1.5 years... and OMG u helped me alot with this new map. Im gonna start my rankeds again this week and will play viper on Pearl, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
this is getting me excited to play viper on here instead of brimstone. i am a patient player and i think the ability to lurk with viper on this map will help me a ton. i find myself not lurking when i play brim on this map and i always want to push mid but i cant push mid and smoke for my team with brim
Viper is my second favourite agent to play, it sucks that's it's so hard to play her solo, great video I'll try some of these out on the next Pearl game.
For mid ive actually found that walling from a main to isolate shops for a push is quite effective. It allows u to hold a main, art and contest or lurk up shops.
There's unfortunately too many various scenarios that this could plausibly happen in for me to give a straightforward answer. If you bring a Pearl VOD around where this becomes a major pain area for you - we can have a much more effective time finding answers to your problems!
Question: On offense there's the default B wall, orb in flower or dugout, and late mid lurk. If my team is hitting A, is it okay that art/A link is completely open to site? Great guide! Thank you so much.
I think that’s just a weakness of Viper that you have to deal with tbh. Either split A or fight for art control in post plant. It’s not actually a huge deal anyway, because they won’t have any crossfires if you clear back site correctly, so you only need to focus on one angle
There's an orb lineup for that witch is fairly easy to do. When ur hitting B, turn to the left corner after the spawn barrier dissapears, aim to a little corner of the lamp witch is in your face and just throw it. There are some videos that show it, but I personaly dont use it too often, rarely people play there, and when they do it, just trow a SB there and they usually just go CT.. If your enemys actually have a brain, throw the orb like 2 times there and I swear you'll never see them there again
ive been throwing your b wall. but my teammates often complain and tell me to throw the bad wall you showed at the end of the video. do i just do as they want to avoid conflict or do i try to explain it.
I love viper, but I got flamed super hard for using these smoke setups. I got flamed for giving up too much space on B on both offense and defense. They wanted me to use the wall that covers heaven and hell. And everytime I threw my smokes A, we got smoked off and then rotated, leaving my util useless that round. 😢
Bind is going to be brimstone! I’m starting with a solid controller guide for the controllers id recommend my students on each map. I will consider a Viper bind guide but I’d surely recommend Brimstone over her on the map so I must start with Brimstone unfortunately!
