I feel the need to warn people that this game was meant to be part of a series, but the director does not want to continue it because it's a lot of effort. I warn you because you will fall in love with Jenks and will have to accept that fact.

I love how Jacob and Julia in the Quarry stream were talking about how it's funny when people don't realize they're dating because they live together but also Julia is like "Are Simon and Emma dating? I don't understand" when they are also living in the same place and the beginning of the game says that Simon is Emma's girlfriend lol

The kind of cheesy acting in this hits just right. Jenks' actor especially is an absolute delight to watch

i feel for julia around the 50 minute mark. i noticed the tape matched and was also extremely frustrated that there wasn't any way to call that out at the time. i think the whole contradiction system works, but it does lead to pretty frequent situations where I want to be like "Hey, so-and-so said this, care to respond?" and it just isn't a thing you can do.

Every relationship needs the person who solves mysteries, and the person who fixes the other person's collar. That's simply natural.

googled the cast for this and found a page on the actor of simon which literally lists their "unique traits" as "Strong jawline, prominent cheekbones" their name is Huld Martha and they're so cool actually, gonna put some her @'s in a reply to this cause youtube likes to block comments with social media in them

heads up college and university are different things in england also that studio has made a handful of fmv games and their all kinda camp fun. they have one where your a shrink and the previous shrink was murderd they have one where your a detective who may have stolen someone elses place they have one where you play as two people from a radio show solving a thing theirs liek one more i think with aliens maybe? im not sure anyway there all full of ham and cheese defo great games to stream

This game has the perfect silly-spooky atmosphere for SSS (well not really spooky, but you know what I mean). Also Julia making notes in her real Drawtectives notebook was very cute... I'm still not over that finale!!

The biggest mystery to me is how Kate managed to get a PhD straight out of college, that application must've been mind blowing 👀✨ [Edit] Wait I think I should give some context: I'm a uni lecturer in England/about to hand in my PhD and LET ME TELL YOU how freaking competitive this is, sheeeeesh. Any uni would almost insta reject anyone coming straight from college into a PhD, they barely consider ppl who "only have" a bachelors degree - a masters is considered a bare minimum. So unless Kate was absolutely brilliant and had some groundbreaking ideas and an absolutely stellar proposal with prospective supervisors willing to vouch for her AND paid it out of her own pocket so they wouldnt waste their precious scholarships on a potential fluke, she would not have stood a chance in the selection process... so what I am saying is Kate had it going ON and I am impressed.

alright i'm only like 1:14 minutes in, and they might address it later, but did that guy at the pond have a hookah????? like, did they want him to have a bong, couldn't get one, and then just settled for a hookah? or did they buy a hookah thinking it was the same thing as a bong?? I just mean, a hookah isn't something you drag around like that. You have to set it up, and wait for it to get warm, and it gets really hot! You're supposed to have hot coals in the little tray at the top of it! There's no way you'd just sit around with it at a random pond outside and then just stuff it in a cardboard box like that!

BTW, in case J&J see this and haven't caught it in game, the different colors of things you can ask about are just that green are physical items in your possession, whereas blue things are just things you know about.
