My name is Taro Iwamoto. I'm a movement coach. I help people go from feeling overwhelmed, confused, and frustrated about not knowing their own body, what their body needs and how they should be moving, to feeling connected with their body, understanding their body and needs, and how to move in the best way possible for their own body from the inside out so that they can move with a sense of ease, comfort, and confidence! I put a hand on my knee while doing this and could feel a muscle/nerve pulsing there too! It's just crazy how connected the body is! Thank you for sharing this practice with us.
