I wouldn't attend a church who didn't allow female preachers. A woman wouldn't have to be preaching there, but as long as she is allowed.

Paul in Acts 20, says that he admonished the church with tears, meaning he had to give correction to falsity that was going on. One shouldn't correct another brother or sister with self rightousness, but true love speaks the truth of the word of God even if its hard.

I have had women testify of how God spoke to them directly and confirmed His calling for them. Not only that - but their ministries grow and bear fruit. The Spirit of God cannot move where there is “sin”. The Spirit, Jesus (Word in flesh) and God are all one in the same. The SBC are a bunch of pharisees reciting scriptural “laws” according to their interpretation but are spiritually blind.

I can tell you that this is a non issue for churches in the southern hemisphere. Not even a debate. Women have been serving there for a long time and continents such as Latin America are now sending out missionaries when it was always North America. You SBC Americans can continue arguing, but His church will continue moving.

BTW you are citing household codes. The only ministry codes are in 1 Timothy and Titus. Very specific instructions for those two churches due to a local context/situation not evident anywhere else.
