This means interest rates are still going up and the bottom are still not in yet so no problems there. Just delays. It is also very difficult to nail the bottom, so they will probably start buying a little bit late as he mentioned in a few videos.

southern Utah does, it is more of a desert, St. George is closer to the border or Nevada than Salt Lake City

V shape , nike swoosh,, toxic optimisism. So if bonds high ( low rates ) theres no return so investors seek returns and thus buy the market. However if rates are high people still buying stocks because theyre dumping bonds. Come on man,, the printing press stopped and the petercschiffs , burrys, and best real estate investor , robert Kiyosaki know this ending.

A tip: Unless you need the eye shades for medical reasons, don't use when speaking with clients. They want to see your eyes. See how Kevin never use sunglasses when talking to people? Eye contact is key!
