Bro keep up the good work, it’s good to see people like you out there building up sportsters there own way and not just how everyone else is doing it. Can’t wait to see the next build 🤙🏼
Yeah I'm keen to start tearing into the ironhead, this was more of a cookie cutter bolt stuff on project where as the ironhead will be alot more fabrication work 🤟
Looks mint and great editing on your vids. Really liking your content. I have an 08 sportster nightster and am pinching ideas and how to’s off your channel. Keep up the good work mate 👍🏻
Nice work GM. Your videos have been great to watch. I've got a 2014 Sportster 1200C and I really want to do the fork mod. I only want to go up around 1". But I'll need to extend my brake line too. So your video on that was very informative. Did you notice any power increase with the belt to chain conversion? I've heard it adds a few hp.
The gearing I went with for the chain conversion was very close to stock so there wasn't too much of a noticeable difference. If you went with a larger rear sprocket than I did it would increase bottom end torque/acceleration down low.
Hey mate finally checked with my mate who is into resins and epoxies and there is not much you can do about that temp making it soft. Except maybe a aluminium plate structure that has a resin covering. Bike is looking awesome ..👍🏻🇦🇺
Nice work! Have you considered getting a job in a custom bike shop? I reckon if you sent a heap of your videos as a portfolio, you would get a job as a bike builder no worries! I agree with ditching the rabbit ear bars. Makes the bike look stunted and a bit gimmicky. I'm surprised it wasn't a pain in the arse to ride with them.
I bought them directly from tracker die but they're out of business now despite their website still being up. Just google trackerdie fork dampers and they may pop up with another business.
