Sprained or Broken Finger? 

Sooo.. my friends knee came down on my pinky and her knee rolled over it.. very painful but I delt with it anyways. Soon my finger popped and it didn’t hurt anymore. 2 weeks later, it started bending but it was only until 3 weeks I went to go get an X-ray which was yesterday.. I found out I broke my finger and may potentially need surgery to fix it.. it’s called something but I forgot it starts with a j and then fracture. I broke 2 bones the growth plate and another. My finger is slightly crooked now and very swollen. I’m gonna go check if I need surgery in 10 days so I’ll update y’all then..!

I watched a whole video that basically told me i have these things called fingers and they dont have muscles and if you jam them it can cause swelling and pulling them makes it worse. I wish there is a way you can check out my finger. I punched a tree. The doctor said it’s not broke. It’s just very sprained or jammed. Now my whole knuckle is swollen for almost 2 1/2 months. And still swollen and hurts when I’ve bend it someways. I have no insurance and I’m not gonna go in that for my stupidity of punching a tree.

Today i actually sprained my finger during soccer. It’s bruised and swollen so im using ice and medical tape.

my father broke my right hand thumb and area was all swollen n blue but now the swelling has gone but I can't move or bend my thumb in any way.

What about for a fractured toe. Can’t bend it, it has been 2 months now :(

I suffered an “open tuff fracture” of my middle finger last Sunday, dropped a dumbbell on it and it looked like a crushed grape. Doctors said it will take 6 weeks to heal, I will surely try this method to keep swelling down.
