Unboxing and reviewing perhaps my favorite AR that I have owned so far. Please like, comment, and subscribe! #springfield #guns #springfieldsaintvictor #ar15 #fyp #outdoors #shooting
About 700 rounds in on my Saint Victor. Swapped out the charging handle to an ambidextrous one. Haven’t had a single problem so far. Shoots straight as hell. I only paid $770 for it on Black Friday so amazing deal. Thanks for the review!
Back when SA dropped the Saint, I could care less. It was just another AR in an already saturated market. Then I got a demo. I put it through a rifle course, and it performed as well as any well-made AR should. Again, it's just another AR, but then I found out the IOP was $636.00 for the base model and another $100 for the Victor. The Edge SBR was $985. I was telling everybody I knew this was the best AR on the market for the money. Some listened, and others did not. $636 was a fucking steal for that rifle. Them days are gone now.
I like them so much i have 3 of them, the base saint with flip up sights, the saint victor, and the saint victor. 308. All excellent rifles. I found a saint edge and trying to find an excuse to buy it lol. I wish i could find an fde like yours.
I got the Saint Edge 16 inch version and the Saint Victor Pistol in the 7.5 inch version. I love both of them. The triggers are amazing. The look is sexy as hell. The recoil smooth and easy to handle. Just an awesome gun. I like it so much I’m looking at a Saint Edge pistol EVAC on gunbroker. Hoping to be able to win that auction. That FDE look is so clean. Going to have to look into the .308 version of the Victor.
I wanted this exact rifle but in that color is next impossible to find in my area , so I got OD green stock ,pistol grip , front hand stop currently on SA website , what optic are you running? ,just got delivered to my FFL today. However, I live far out, and it's currently snow storm, so maybe tomorrow or Thursday, I'll grab it .Thanks for the review new sub
I have the plain Saint. Or i DID. I have replaced most parts on it with 'higher quality' parts. I was focused primarily on tight ass tolerances. I think I achieved that. But it ran phenomenal out of the box.
Its cool if you dont plan on doing too much after market stuff to it. Price is not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. Is it worth a thousand is the question.
I am putting none of my weapons that dirt and mud could destroy for no testing reasons. That’s why I buy a good equipment in the first place, somebody will do it for me. I’m not putting my hard earned dollars through a torture test.
That’s part of the reason I’d do it. To test the reliability of the firearm through all possible scenarios for myself and for you guys so you know what you are paying for!
I’ve had one for a while, been putting pic x tac 65 grain through it and it’s all over the place. Got any recommendations for a different amo that might fly straighter?
Mine is a piece of junk mags don"t fit ,even the 1 they gave me with it .Can"t find paper used different kinds of ammo it"s just a piece of crap .Had to put a different stock to fit my pull.Wish i never got it. the place where i bought it would not do anything about it or take it back. he beat the mag into place with a hammer and said look it fit just fine.Had to grind mags to make them fit . over 2K into trying to fix it still no luck.
I suppose that would depend on what you can afford. If you have unlimited disposable income $1500 dollars is nothing to pay for an AR. If that’s not your reality a $1500 AR may be unattainable, or something you put on layaway.
