😊glad it’s useful! Ohhh I’d love to do another video on single leg work & evening out sides…that could be useful? & yes 🐶 I don’t want to lock them out because they just wanna hang out ❤ so I let them be 😅 so yea, they’re always there if they wanna be!

@@flowmotionfitnessuk that would definitely help me. My left leg is weaker after recovering from injury but it’s possible that was the reason for the injury in the first place.
