Today's exercise is an At Home Muffin Top Workout.
⁣⁣⠀
➡️ This workout is going to help target your lower back and core, especially your lower abdominal section.

Finally, get rid of some of that unwanted fat in those areas from home.

I've been taking some Tai chi classes and they do exactly what you're doing. Reach up as high as you can and then crunch... Thank you for this video. I think I'll start trying this in the mornings. I appreciate you thank you

Fabulous. I did a seated version of this standing full belly work. Called for really working to maintain a good posture. But worth it

Great question! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week.

You send me something with a little more burn, I have never had the stomach I ever wanted, and I worked out at the gym. Everything was good but never was I happy with my stomach. I am 52 and have been doing the fasting diet . I am determined 2 get the stomach I have always wanted, while I am still able. My clock is ticking and please help me to achieve my life's goal. I am 115 lb. And 5' 3", I am skinny FAT.
