In this standing side booty workout we are using a mini band to target the outer glutes, often referred to as the "hip dips" These band exercises will isolate the glutes and you should feel the burn on both sides of the booty! Use this session as a glute activation warm up before your leg workout, as a workout finisher or as a quick burn on it's own!

Congratulations on such a professional series of routines.I approve of the stark backdrop,the absence of senseless chatter and the appropriate music.Most of all i appreciate the endless variety of exercises you perform.I have osteopenia so trying build up bone and muscle.But also have osteoarthritis so not always easy to balance both problems!But can manage most of your routines and adapt when necessary.Thanks !

Hi Heather, I really love your workouts and have been doing them almost everyday for the past few months- and will continue to. I wanted to share my personal opinion about including "hip dips" in the title of this video. 'Hip Dips' are primarily the result of one's bone structure and not something that can be easily changed through exercise. Hip Dips, like the thigh gap before it, are like 'trends' seemingly designed to make women fixate on their body parts and changing their appearance to fit a trend vs. focusing on living a healthy balanced lifestyle. What I really enjoy about your workouts is that they are well rounded, inclusive, and focused on challenging and improving fitness vs. focusing on changing ones appearance to bend to the internet's body fixation du jour. Just some food for thought, and I hope you might consider this feedback in the future titles of your videos as you are such a positive influence to women trying to improve their relationship with their bodies' via fitness. Take care and stay healthy!

Very well said. I made a similar comment on another account I follow. Apparently it has to do with “searches” and for the trainer to be “seen” on RU-vid they need to use these terms ( eg back fat, saddlebags, love handles....). Honestly, I cringe at this outdated language and can’t wait for a day when women are searching for terms like “strong body” and not, like you said, focusing on what they think needs fixing....The way views work on RU-vid puts trainers in tough position I think.

First time on your page and subscribed immediately. I've tried for many months to get the booty in shape with little success. Because of knee issues, deep squats and floor exercises don't really cut it for me. I found the mini bands by accident and picked them up. Then saw your video on RU-vid and gave it a try. I love it! The moves are simple and I really felt like the muscles were working. I think this might be just what I need. Thank you so much!

For people trying to get rid of hip dips, that’s actually not a good way to go with if you don’t storage a lot of fat in your hip area. Try to work out your gluteus Maximus instead of the medius muscle. I like this workout tho it has great exercises, I just want to let you know that this will probably make your hip dips worse...

So great to train booty off the floor,my wrists kill sometimes and I have a difficult time with form if I stay on forearms instead. Getting off the floor for so many booty exercises is amazing! Thank you Heather!🥰

Omg just finished this new booty band and loved it lots, so good, more poor legs and bum So need more of these short but tough band ones Thank you soooo much for this one today, I went on and did another one on you link you added the booty band and strength and hiit, that was a really good one too.
