Love the round-over jig. You could make the entire knob at the router table with a jig like this. Make a metal, or hard plastic, template for each knob (different sizes and number of 'points') for the bearing on a straight cutter to follow. Switch bits for the round-over. A future project?

This is a very informative video and I like the extra safety guard you made for routing the knobs. Do you have any plans for your diy drill press?

These are great jigs! well done. I think that a washer between the bolt and the workpiece might make it easier to keep position while tightening the bolt.

Вы можете использовать эту конструкцию не только для того, чтобы снимать фаску. С её помощью можно копировать звёзды любой формы. Шаблон достаточно потрудиться изготовить один раз. И не обязательно использовать кондуктор.

True dat but its nice to have ones made from walnut, cherry or various plywoods :-). Also you can have as many sides and whatever M size bolts you want. The satisfaction of making something is priceless.
