Just got one. Great ship to start with. I upgraded it to C class by upgrading engines, reactor and grab drive. Then I added a third floor for some more space.
When I got one of these ships I stripped it down to the bare minimum components and then built a hunting/sniper perch on top of it out of some Deimos cowlings, Deimos belly aft, and a pair of Deimos Hull A. It gives you a tremendous field of view when hunting alien creatures. If you happen to land near an hostile base it's a great sniper perch. :)
One of my favorite starter ships, designed is easy to upgrade and is surprisingly nimble for its size. Good reviews. The upgrade info you provide is also quite good.
I got one yesterday a 3, came with 33 reactor I believe, and some nice weapons, got in a fire fight right away and it handled 3 against one very well. I pimped it out so it could hold more crew, but ended up making it look like a school bus so I sold it. It made a great a fighter though, but with only ten ships to keep, you have to make those tough choices on what you keep. But all in all a nice ship.
This is probably the easiest ship to get your hands on and it's a great ship, perfect ship for a newer player to get and upgrade from the Frontier, I even still find myself using one for most of my daily driver needs. It's a great fighter and with a few hab changes it does a big crew, the cargo isn't great though.
I've seen it commented that the Va'ruun ships are especially prone to be buggy for some reason. Vasco on the outside of the ship is one symptom another is that ship won't spawn after you customize it. They also suffer from the naming bug but that can happen with all liberated ships.
I've noticed more bugs since the latest patch. To be fair, the vasco chilling outside might be because i kick them out of the crew mid orbit and they might get confused on where they are suppose to be
@@CrimsonFlyboy I was wondering if this was the case. It's hard to tell because Creation Engine games tend to get buggier the longer you play and I have a lot of hours in on my save.
Given that they ae a big "House", they might just be able to produce them on their own. Maybe they have a license to produce certain parts and we as players are just not big enough a faction for that to be offered. In a reality as advanced as Starfield, i doubt wheelchairs are used anywhere outside a hopistal because any patient will soon be able to walk again, thanks to medical technologies we cannot even fathom right now. Nanotech that might be able to restore cut nerves, prostetics indistinguishable from natural limbs, cosmetic surgery to make sure there isn´t a single scar visible...
@@CrimsonFlyboy It's the UC Exchange. The shop whose vendor has a very distinctive accent. Not sure if the ship is buildable on a one-to-one basis though. Some of the interiors might be custom. May have to settle for an approximation.
