The problem was that Ba'al had gotten too used to the way that Vala behaved and had forgotten how treacherous Qetesh could be so that he let his guard down and underestimated her lust for power
She was pregnant and was really sick like REALLY sick so thats why is the movies shes barely there, oh and this is her second pregnancy the first was actually used in the show for the orai daughter deal.
She was good as a villain, but Qetesh was a terrible villain - it’s her direct fault that Ba’al’s plan failed. If it hadn’t, he likely would have succeeded
@@magatrone100 Everything that you let your eyes see, that you let your ears hear. It will all affect you and change you. If you can't handle such inputs then I recommend small doses to build tolerance or to simply avoid it all together.
Yeah he was stupid. Quetesh tried killing him multiple times in the other time line according to Vala. Also, he forgot the number one warning label. She’s a Goa’uld.
My guess is he cloned his symbiotes but put them in different hosts as a fail safe. It also leaves the character open for a different actor to take up Ba’al’s legacy in any future series , but I don’t know if that person will be as good.

Ba'al getting backstabbed was something I knew would happen one day, buuuuut when I first saw this I was like HOLY CRAP! I mean the goa'ulds stab, backstab and poison one and each another all the time, still, that was gory as hell, Claudia played a great villain there, Sadley Cliff is no longer with us these days, goodbye dear friend thank you for making a great character for a great series,
Baal traveled back in time and stopped sgc from ever existing and then used his future knolage to rule over all the system lords so chronos never get killed
