Yeah, that girl is extremely annoying... how she does not let her interviewer speak. Maybe it's all the carbs from her vegan diet that make it hard for to stay calm.
Uh! That girl is extremely annoying... how she does not let her interviewer speak. Maybe it's all the carbs from her vegan diet that make it hard for to stay calm. You need some REAL protein and animal fat to help your nerves and mental state and cognition.
@@sherlyr. Hi! We have a lot more info on histamine/mast cell on our blog TwoBeingHealthy.com you can check out.. theres a few videos there you might find more helpful with much less interruption. This was just a impromptu Q&A we did on our Instagram and decided to post it to RU-vid as well incase anyone found it helpful. We're not vegan by the way!
I have MCAS and one of the maddening factors is the constant shifting. Stressed one day? My histamine tolerance will be far lower. Work out and break a sweat? Oh yah, bring on a reaction. Get a deep massage? Better not eat anything questionable. But...I also need to be as starch free as I can, which makes it even harder. It's a constant tightrope, and I've been trying to balance for several years. Mostly, fighting the boredom with the diet is the hardest. I need to just accept that this is what it is, and deal with it. (easier said than done, but I think I've reached that point).
Did you experience any alleviation of symptoms/changes/benefits that you weren’t expecting? When I started, I noticed that my brain fog disappeared and I didn’t even realise I was even living with brain fog! It felt like waking up for the first time in a long time. Sense of smell was also something that came back to me
Sarah Ward hi what were your main symptoms? I do not know why my nostrils are always block almost 24/7 like nostrils would get blocked alternately for every 10 minutes or so and i came across with high histamine. I am not really sure if this is the issue but i am having brain fog, dizziness, palpitations that gives me high bp obviously and vision is not what is used to be. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers
@@watchyourplate9150 this sounds like me. Brain fog, anxiety, hives over hands and face, sleep interruptions, blocked noise, head ache, feeling that my heart is racing (though haven’t actually measured it), deep depression and suicidal thoughts after I ate tomato soup
I know what you mean, my brain fog was so bad that I really thought I was getting Alzheimers XD The low histamine diet seems to be really helpful though, and I'm really thankful for that.
@@AtlanteanEsoterica Totally can relate to that. I would forget where I put salt 5 seconds ago. I could not form sentences, forgetting names. With the diet, I feel like I am getting my life back. My vertigo is so minimal that I walk on my own every day. It's amazing.
surprised she was eating beans because I thought beans are a no. I have started 10 days ago and it is hard but feeling much better. My brain fog is gone and other neurological symptoms.
How do you handle reintroducing foods after your bland diet? I'm scared of most foods and sometimes don't know if I'm reacting or if my stress about eating is giving me symptoms!
I had a chiropractor suggest this diet after he found out I had mcas. It worked with the allergic reactions, found out through this I cannot have many things including white potatoes. I think I’m going to have to try this diet again.. maybe I can get rid of some of the inflammation(weight).
Do you know if there is a test an allergist can do to pinpoint which foods trigger you most? I have had the IGg test done a few times with some success. Is there a link with your histamine reactions? I am a mom of 3 small children and doing a full elimination would be very difficult in the season I'm in. Thanks!
Hi Kate - we just posted another low histamine video on our channel that you might find more helpful. We also have a lot of posts on our blog www.twobeinghealthy.com that go into further detail
Yes I use to be a 300 lbs man worked out and I started experiencing gut issues and my histamine sensitivity. I have had such a weakness and basically haven't been able to enjoy fitness, which was my main stress reliever in life. It's been tough.
I have histamine issue , and my crown area is really flaky and inflamed , I know that's where the fats should go , I know all fats are histamine releases, should I eat fats or what do you think
I think there could have been some good information delivered in this video, but talking over her and the disorganization made it basically a waste of time and frustrating.
🙏I put Tomatoes 🍅 in hot Water for 10 minutes , then run cold water 💦 over it remove skin all seeds , then I have no reactions, I eat them alone as a meal , no drinks or food for four hours after , and I do get any more Joint Pains after eating Tomatoes anymore👍🏻❤️🍅❤️💛💚🇯🇲🕊😇
I am very frustrated! I can't hear everything the lady is saying that the camera is focused on, but I sure can hear the CAMERA person!!! I want to know what to start eating. She says: "I don't remember." Oh my God! Could you be a little more helpful? (add sarcasm) This is disorganized. It was not planned well. The microphone should be closer to the speaker. Write it out first, so you know what you are going to say. If you have 1,830 views, clearly people are interested in hearing what you have to say. I have 150 lesions on my body. I would LOVE to know what to do.
