I have always been astounded by the lack of interest in exploring the coroner being told to NOT do the only real obligation in her job description as the County Coroner. In this situation, she would had held higher authority than the other LE at the crime scene and possibly had the power to restrict access with possible arrest for anyone including LE for violation of her orders.

@milart12

@@cwwiss1 The ignorance is STUNNING. Brendan's case was heard en banc which requires a majority of the full bench to agree that the original court applied the law incorrectly. The judges come from 3 different states, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Federal appellate judges are THE fairest minded and balanced judges in the US. But all the pro-Avery ignoramuses blame the system or the judges for railroading Avery/Dassey. Why don't you stop all this nonsense and admit the obvious truth-Avery killed that poor girl and Brendan assisted him in SOME way.

I’ve noticed that too. It’s interesting to see who pops up and who comes crawling back out of the woodwork, so to speak! Makes you wonder what’s going on as there’s a lot of noise at the moment and feels like something big is coming. It’s certainly keeping the case in view of the public and more people are finding out about it and it’s gaining a lot of interest again. I’m curious to see where all of this goes.

Here’s an idea that never gets talked about 1. Did Bobby ever work in Salvage yard because when the license plates were found they were curled up now Steven mentioned when plates are taken off the vehicle they always curled the plates up that was there SOP so whoever planted the vehicle worked at the yard that leaves you with Steven,Earl and Charles I believe I heard Earl had an eye appointment that day so that only leaves Steven and Chuck as the main perpetrators of the murder

I think it’s interesting she gets people from law enforcement contacting her. It was good to see the content of the message she received - I also think she should have removed the officers name from the message as it could have repercussions for her 😮potentially. I hope the officer didn’t base her opinion purely from watching MAM as there’s an awful lot more to the case than was shown on the series. I find this case fascinating and have done for many years. I’m still nowhere near going through everything about it though , there’s such a huge amount of information to read / listen to/ watch etc. I appreciate your updates and also appreciate the work Foul Play and many others put into this case. It’s an eye opener and a learning process, for sure!

 @shanecarless4671 If you would actually read the trial transcripts I've suggested to you before, you'd know that it was a case of confusion. Dean Strang cross-examined witnesses himself and found that out. TL;DR Someone came up to the blockade outside of Avery's (after the RAV was found) and they ran their info. Came back with a body-only warrant. It was announced they had a body-only warrant on the radio and Jacob's assumed it was for Steven Avery due to the finding of the RAV. What MaM doesn't show you is the rest of that dispatch call which is important for context. Another instance of their editing.

If you watched the series (apparently which did not cover the entirely of the case), one could easily pick up the conflict of interest there. In most countries it would have been thrown out. I'm not a professional but I do believe I can spot guilt in a person I say this because I've watched mam and to me that cop I forgot his name he showed guilt all over his face at Steven's trial they were lying under oath . Steven and brendan should of been freed long ago I've never in my life known such corruption in the law. There needs to be a new fresh set of eyes new judges etc who are decent and honest that can see like the rest of us that steven was framed and they used poor brendan because they new he had disabilities which is cruel beyond words. There was never any evidence of a crime in Steven's trailer because teresa was never there but yet they still took the words of a poorly disabled young boy. I pray to God that steven gets a new trial so kz can show all the evidence . All those involved with this framing need to be held accountable and be given long prison sentences

I cannot confirmed or deny reports of how corrupt the MTSO is beyond SA, but I will make a point that the MTSO has a tendency of getting bent out of shape, over the slight possibility that the department planted evidence, murdered TH (to the best of my knowledge I'm not sure how many believes this), or were somehow involved with her death. But, You have a DA and prosecutors write letters giving the local judge an ultimatum, KK actually admitting he got in an argument with the judge. I'm not a lawyer nor a judge, but how is this acceptable behavior? Lawyers often will tell you never PO a judge. And yet nobody is being reprimanded. It's either the tail is wagging the dog, or the police are like the mob. Therefore, I can't rule out the possibility the current judge was threatened behind closed doors. I can't rule out that the police did kill TH, or they are some how involved with TH's death. And I cannot speak for everyone that is from a small town, but I never once anyone say they love the police publicly. If I saw that, pretty much everyone would translate it, I hate the police but I'm afraid of them. I don't want to villify every officer who,'s only guilt is working for the MTSO. Some never worked for the department during SA's and BD's conviction. Some had nothing to do with the investigation. And others tried to do their job, but were caught in the middle. I've worked for bad employers and toxic work environments. I know what it's like getting lumped in over who you work for. But the more the reports I read, the more I see a number of officers (not all of them) act very unprofessionally. Even if the MTSO has 90% corrupt officers on the force, there's still 10% good officers. And it takes only a few bad officers to ruin the reputation of the entire police force. As KK suddenly making his presence known online. I suspect KZ has something or found something he doesn't want getting out. So, I'm convinced he's afraid.

I don't agree with everything you've stated, however I think you bring up an interesting topic. For those who know Steven and Brendan are innocent, do we believe that it's solely a few officers to blame, or is it fair to group them together? I honestly feel fairness in looking at them as a group. I can elaborate on this another time, as I'm on a break at work right now. But, I would love to know others responses to this topic?

@jackielanestephan8666 Change the workplace, and I doubt you'd feel it's fair to group them together. If one teacher in a school is inappropriately touching children, a few others learn of this or suspect it, and the rest have no idea it's going on, is it fair to sack everyone? How would you feel if one day the entire career you worked for and built up dissolved because of a situation you knew nothing about?

@@RavensFanJ So, to elaborate better, I certainly wouldn't want, nor expect that every Manitowoc Officer be held in prison, or legally to what a select few did. However, I do feel justified in the stigma and reputation those few made for The Manitowoc Police Department. For instance, do I think it's fair to say, I never want to live, or even drive through The State of Wisconsin? Yes, I do. There broken reputation may very well have been made by only a small percentage, but you also need to take into account the line of work that The Manitowoc Police Department is SUPPOSED to be doing. They are SUPPOSED TO BE upholding the law, seeking real murderers (not making them), and gathering true evidence in cases. That's their job! So, yes, if their entire reputation falls upon their failures of doing this, I have a right to say, "I will never even be passing through their State. God only knows what they would do, if I got stopped..." And, let's be clear, it's not even just their failures to perform their jobs, but it's the fact that none of them have ever offered to stand up and do what's right! They still haven't acknowledged their faults and told the truth. Furthermore, when you're in the line of work where your reputation is a part of that job, it's up to those law officials to uphold that image. When, instead, you're upholding and standing by lies, those positions deserve to be questioned!

There was quite a bit of DNA in this case. If you think there isn't, you need to take a look at the evidence. Blood in the RAV (both Steven's and Teresa's), Steven's sweat/skin cell mixture DNA on the hood latch of the RAV, Teresa's DNA on a bullet found in Avery's garage that was ballistically matched to the .22 caliber rifle that was hanging over his bed, and his touch DNA on the key to that vehicle that was found in his bedroom. Whether you choose to dispute that DNA evidence is one thing, but it was there.
