Hello! Your videos and website have been a lifesaver for working out the kinks in my ET-8550, and I really appreciate it! The one thing I still haven't figured out how to fix is that my printer often grinds as it tries to retrieve the next sheet of paper from the rear paper feed. Have you found a solution to this, or at least what causes it? If you've already made something about how to fix this, I may have missed it. I really appreciate your help!
When installing the new silicone washers, do I remove the old ones? At minute marker 5:48 in your video, it appears that you installed new washers right on top of the existing washers. My printer is one week old and is already leaking after about 40 prints!

I have a question about an Epson L14150 I got for dirt cheap because the scanner stopped working. At first I thought it was a simple loose flex cable but it turns out that was only the start. The gears inside the scanner itself are loose and a small triangular tab is flopping around and I have no idea what the correct way to put them back in place is. I've looked for manuals or pictures on how to put everything in it's proper place but so far haven't found any. When the I turn the printer on the scanner self check fails almost immediately and the scanner light can't move. Thanks!
