Omg thank you! Every other person I’ve seen keeps their legs and upper back off the ground but it seemed way too hard to start like that it’s good to know I can lay my back legs down
After years of inactivity I tried it the first way and it was so easy I was like wow... Am I superhuman? then I noticed the lady I was watching kept putting her head and body back down before coming up again for each crunch instead of just staying up.... Yh... It hurt 😂😂
Ok that was much much better But it hurts like h**l more than the normal bicycle crunches I'm afaraid to wake up tomorrow, ik i won't be able to laugh or even get up 🙂 Thank you so much, glad to find this one ❤
Is it normal to hear sounds such as popping or cracking sounds, in the pubic or pelvic region during bicycle crunches while I extend my legs? why do I keep hearing noises from the pubis near my pelic region while doing bicycle crunches? It doesn't hurt but I keep hearing sounds.
