It might reflect the “truth” in some respects but there are certainly more balanced formulations out there that more accurately reflect reality. Firstly, you could approach improvement from the perspective of finding what enriches your life rather than compensate for personal deficiencies. If you want a concrete example of something that you could strive for, I’d say learn a language to sharpen your mind and seek out authentic experiences in a foreign culture to understand your own. A lot of these videos don’t really provide actionable advice.

You know, a while back I had some thoughts with myself. With complete honesty do I want or need a long term partner or am I programmed into it? Look, finding someone should be mutual and beneficial. I just feel like we ALL live in a simulation, a game with levels, where I work hard to live a life in some house to be aimlessly filled by this female figure to spend all this time, commitment , and energy I have for a fulfillment I might not truly be seeking. You can still try to get a gf without chasing women, I suggest approaching the woman you want and asking them out on a date and don’t be afraid of getting rejected, but just talk and get to know women with the goal of getting a gf without chasing them and if they aren’t interested just move on to the next. It is important for us men to have standars as well. I agree with everything you said, specially the part about not fearing rejection, which is a HUGE part of why men fail with women. Accepting that I might "die alone" and that I could live a fulfilling life without companionship and/or sex was one of the hardest and simultaneously liberating things I've ever done. I dated a woman for 7 years, She persued me, and not the other way around. I was still young so I figured why not. It was great at first, sex never wavered in the 7 years, that was never an issue. Slowly though I began to see what the final outcome was. It was about her established life, and that she didn't have to adjust. I was the one that had to make all the adjustments. Leave me place, quit my job which i didn't want to, still working that job going on 24 years, her saying stuff about my family which spun my head. When a woman comes to you saying your family has approached her saying stuff and asks you to take sides big red flags should be waving. it got to the point I just wanted out so I could breath and collect my thoughts. To this day my family says they have no idea what I'm taking about or what I think they said to her. That was the clincher, because no matter what was the truth my family comes first before a womans drama. My old man is in his grave so asking him what was the confrontation with her will never be learned, and I don't care. I just walked away with all my stuff and never returned. Only response I got was 3 years later with her texting me "enjoy being alone the rest of your life". I've recently crossed paths with an a amazing boxing coach (not gonna name drop, but he is legit) and I've fallen in love with boxing. It's my calling. I do music on my channel as well and study software development (found out my job pays for schooling) and that's all my life is now. It's all about improvement in every conceivable way. Brother I know it's a tough topic and I used to never believe in such things or question whether it was like going to hurt me to do magic practices or whether every kind of magic was sinful against God. I think the mindset of most women is us men need to “court and support” them!!
