This is the most underrated channel ever. The editing is on point for every video, the content is amazing and isn’t just generic vlogs, and you give out legit advice. There’s no bullshit. Keep it up guys, you will get the exposure you deserve soon!

This form check is just what I need. Have the same hip shoot issue on my conventional deadlifts.

I think it's awesome you are trying to catch up on all of the form checks. Reality is that the channel has gotten a lot bigger since you started doing these and there is going to come a point in time where there is just not enough time in the day to do them all. At some point you are going to have to be selective about which videos you choose to feature. Thanks for everything you do for the powerlifting community!

Before I make this comment understand I loveee the idea and love this channel even more... I get the thought is to catch up in hopes of reviewing lifts that are more current lifts, but you are most definitely going to get 10x more submissions now 😂. You’ll be backed up once again, which imo is great. Just some minor growing pains for the channel, which in the long run hopefully will result in more viewership and growth for the channel. Again, love you guy’s content and can’t wait to see more.

On my current program 5x5 type program with three heavy days an two accessory days I've been having an issue dialing in my accessory lifts to the point where they help my main lifts but don't exhaust my heavy lift days. Any suggestions? Maybe a consolidated video on main accessory lifts for the 'holy trinity' in terms of what accessory benefit what phase of the selected main lift? Or even just advice on how many accessory lifts I should be doing on my accessory days would help. I've been doing 2 accessory per main lift with also including Lat pull downs. Appreciate your work

So if my hip rises first at the start in sumo its the quads aswell ? i was thinking its because of weak hamstrings and/or glutes ?

It’s not as simple as identifying a weak muscle group. It’s more worthwhile IMO to look at it as a problematic movement or ROM, so you should work on improving that, as opposed to the muscles per se... does that make sense?

i have to add i dont feel my quads a lot in sumo and i tried to have less pressure in the quads. am i doing it wrong all the time ?
