She’s gorgeous and seeing a series that highlights beautiful people from all cultures and ethnicities and their talents is so empowering. I love it!

Finally we Native American Women are being recognized. We have different type of skin, it's hard to find the right color. Trust me I have looked, yet to find a perfect matched foundation. Thank you Sephora for recognizing us. It seems like we are always pushed to the side and forgotten about.

Omg..... i just cried theu this whole video! Im Navajo (Nakai Dinè “mexican people” clan) and i also come from a ling line of weavers. Growing up going to an all white private Lutheran school in Albuquerque,New Mexico was sooo tough. I was one of the only indigenous children aside feom my older cousins who attended that school. I was taunted relentlessly after my cousins graduated 8th grade&left. I was called igly bcuz my skin was brown&also bcuz my grandparents had thick Navajo accents. I didnt let that make me feel ashamed. Solely bcuz kids attacked my grandparents di I shake off their insults. I brought my grandma for ahow n tell and she and I together did rug weaving demonstrations, my grandpa did a little silversmithing demonstrations just like we did at our New Mexico state fair! I felt that if they were going to try2make me uncomfortable I was going2put it more in their faces. The kids fell in love with my grandparents, they all clamored to get closer and be the1who got sit on their lap. I was so proud of my heritage and my grandparents. My lineage is a very proud one Im a direct descendant of Jesus Arviso who translated the Treaty of 1868allowing my people2return home. 1of my aunties is a former Miss Indian World (Beulah Sunrise) ,my late cousin was a chef for many many celebrity sports stars before he died,my mother and my other aunt both have their doctorates. My people arent what the stereotypes say we are, were all very much just regular people. But sadly,our language and our traditions are duing out. Its never been popular2be indigenous but there are still some like this gorgeous young woman who are still keeping our traditions s alive. . Rug weaving isnt simple or easy so i commend her for her talent and her courage to blast past all the ignorance shes endured. A’hee’he shi’dezhi’yazhi, thank you little sister for sharing your story!!! My favortit Navajo saying is :”Hozhoni ‘hasglii” it means Walk in Beauty. Its what we say to the 4directions when we end our morning prayers as we face east and offer corn pollen,places in our tongue and on the top of our head. May we think and speak only beautiful things.....

Very good video, being differently able myself (spina bifida) I've seen plenty of people with one form or another of a cleft palate and lip while I've been in the hospital before. I can't imagine the struggles that they have to go through like learning to try and speak and eat. And while I don't really have many scars that are visible, very easily. I myself have been the recipient of some nasty things so I totally feel where she's coming from. I would love to see you guys do more stories like thispeople of different ethnic background as well as disabled.

Brilliant! Beautiful, badass skater girl, beautiful little goaties and other animals. There’s been people who have managed to set up ecosystems in hard rock, desert locations that eventually then attract and give clean water. I hope they can make something like that too, and live well off the land in a harmonious and loving way:)
