@@subman23 The performative aspects of her stand up tells you that she is a very good actor. She's been smart about not getting into it before she really honed her stand up skill. I don't know if Taylor would want to get into acting, but I imagine she's getting famous enough to be offered stuff. I'm perfectly fine with her acting as she maintains her stand up cred. The best comedians of all time acted in movies or tv. Carlin, Pryor, Cosby (yeah, I know), Seinfeld, Burr, Barr, C.K, Murphy, Rock...The list of great comedians NOT having any acting roles is probably much smaller.

Such a disaster causing devastation in my and my familily's lives, health, ecucation, careers, not only immediate, long term, life changing. Love this woman so much, for real. I loved her Quarter Life Crisis special, and was honestly so glad to hear she's gotten a diagnosis and is in therapy. It's great to see her growth! The crowds don't all get her humor, but I totally know her struggle lmao. At least she knows more about herself than she did a few years ago

Hannah Gadsby happens to be a comedian I admire very much, because I can't say I know of a lot of successful autistic comedians, and I found her routines hilarious. Taylor Tomlinson will probably have a much easier time with her diagnosis now because at least she knows she isn't alone and that she can overcome it, and if you think that her being "funny" is more important than that, honestly fuck you

So true about the 'OMG I actually can feel something as a guy' thing. I think as boys we start off approximately the same as girls emotionally, but we get BS crammed in our heads as preteens that pressures us into somehow aspiring to be mechanized, DNA-spewing robots without a user's manual. So when the right lady shows up and finally dismantles the machine, we're like those workers in The Wiz shedding off years of grotesque protective layers and barely remembering what our own skin feels like. This woman is pure gold! I'm brazilian and our stand-up scene is increasing a lot lately, but I realize it is really hard to find good female comedians not only here but worldwise. Most of them try to make we laugh by dissing man all the time. It could be funny, of course, but after the 20th time you hear the same joke about sex and putting men down it becomes boring. Taylor does quite the opposite. She brings different subjects and work them out in a way that you can relate and laugh about. Her timing is perfect, her impressions...This girl is awesome!!! Quickly became one of my favorites by far Love from Brazil
