You can use whatever you prefer for the top, store-bought strawberry glaze has the red color already and tastes like strawberry so it's a good option. Alternatively, you can use strawberry jelly ( Add 1/2 the amount of the water amount suggested in the package), another option is to simply dilute some strawberry jay in some water (on a stove or microwave) and add it to the top of the strawberries while it's still runny. I'm really sorry about that! I always bake with grams and then use the internet for conversion and it's not always accurate. I now purchased a more paying service to do more precise conversions and avoid making these mistakes again. I truly apologize💕

Sorry about that, does it keep falling apart while rolling it out? try adding flour to it while rolling it and make sure your working surface is not warm and that the dough is cold! If it keeps falling apart after baking try baking it longer, I hope this helps!
