We are going to work with a higher resistance than the one we usually use for this area, thus increasing the intensity of this training, which is of short duration and taking great care of the quality of the execution of the exercises. We will do few repetitions per exercise but controlled, accompanied by breathing and with concentration.
I'm going to use 3-pound dumbbells in each hand. We will do 15 sequences of combined exercises for arms and abdomen and a rest between each of them.
